5x5's and cardio

This will be my first time using 5x5's during a diet. My question is how cadio can I do? And should I do cardio on lifting or non-lifting days?
 
You can do either, If you do cardio on lifting days make sure you lift first, then do cardio after. When I did 5x5 I did cardio on lifting days.
 
Ray- thats pretty much how I figured it to be now wasnt sure if cardio will decrease the overall effect of 5x5's

Yes... You wanna be fresh so you get your hit your Personal Record for that week.. The other thing is you burn so many calories working out that doing cardio can really help you shed the pounds after lifting instead of just doing cardio alone on an off day... I only do it on lifting days....
 
when you start hitting PR's weekly, your going be happy you ran this... two weeks you aint even up to your maxes. You'll be satisfied...
