Beast, there alot of people on here that have alot of working experience with different things. Some people can be a little abrasive but that is because there is a lot of bullshit on here also (gearusing). Just do well and slip in escape goats :goat: every once in a while

Someone got pissed at me for trying to tell them to be quiet because they were a new member and were going to get flamed. They went to verbally berate me and at one point told me that I was using them as an "escape goat". It took off from there to the point that one of the smiley's is now an escape goat

Forgot to mention I've been lifting on and off for about 3 years. The last 4 months has been very consistent with a somewhat decent diet. Love the sport and just looking to progress. I'm also looking to bulk very heavy and start a super cut around march so I can have that six pack(i've never hadnone) for the summer lol. Not too much to ask huh
