Biologic will be completely closed for a few days/weeks.

A shipper has disappeared on us with a large amount of our stock. I've talked to some people who know him, and apparently he is living quite large since he stopped taking our emails.

Its unfortunate, but it was also expected. No one should be concerned that they won't receive their gear. Everyone who ordered/paid will get everything they paid for, we have contingencies in place to insulate ourselves from this very circumstance.

Our desire to take care of those who have already paid, and been subsequently delayed, is the reason for us closing for a few days/weeks.

We will not reopen again, until everyone who has paid has gear in hand.

This couldn't have come at a worse time. We are going to work hard to be open by the 14th for the $1,000 drawing..if not we will just reschedule.

While we are closed I will, most likely, be staying away from the boards for the most part.

No way... Damn idk if I'm lucky that I waited or if I'm unlucky?
 
Ok in my opinion post like the one above shouldn't be posted.
Let stretch deal with the situation and speak no words of what he did or didn't do;).
Not trying to bash anyone just my thoughts.

I suggest we leave this thread be and after stretch figures everything out we go from there. Lets not start a false smear campaign when we don't know
Let the man handle his business.

This is "The Biologic Pharma" and finally had the chance to create a profile on the MESO to update people with current information as to what is current and to establish a presence here so many of you can ask questions. Previously, "Stretch" was the lead contact on our company, but is currently out for a while to take care of some personal matters. He will be back soon to help everybody out and give his continued support and trusted opinion which all of you are used to.

So, yes it is true that we had some recent challenges due to one of our empoloyee's. Unfortunately, there are times when people decide to go in another direction. The bad thing about that for us is we generally get the raw end of the stick. I deeply apologize for the ones who had placed orders and did not get their products on time. We have located a new shipper and have initiated the process to get all new products ready so that we can complete your order. I rough estimation to ship would be on December 12th. We have since closed the website because we want to make it our #1 priority to service our current customers first before moving forward. After all orders are sent and received we will offer a voucher for you to add 1 extra bottle of your choice on the next order. Also, we have some amazing new products coming out and will give out some samples to those who have experienced delay. Most of our customers can continue to to communicated directly to us on our company email which you are accustom to using. I will do my best to continue to provide information on Meso until Stretch returns. Merry Christmas everybody and sit tight. We will get those orders out to you next week. All the best!........
 
For some family reasons that couldn't have possibly come at a worse time, it is a struggle for me to be on the boards. I appreciate everyone who has defended us here. I will have someone here to represent Biologic, while I'm away, shortly. However, I got an email from a customer, asking if HE should defend us, so I figured I better say something. I understand a lot of people are, justifiably concerned, and that genuinely bothers me. I will try to allay your concerns as best as I can.



I knew this day would come.

So did I.

This is a growing pain, an expected hurdle that was planned for before it happened.

That being said, no amount of planning could have prepared me for the stress involved in the actual event.

There is enough gear on hand to fill our current paid orders 3 times over. We were very well stocked for our month of being public; so in one way, this couldn't have happened at a better time. On the other hand, it couldn't have happened at a worse time, since we were so busy.

We are working to figure out exactly when the shipper stopped working, and started stealing. I think a realistic estimate is that by the end of next week, we will have all of our backorders filled.

At any rate, we won't reopening, until everyone who has paid has received everything they paid for. Period.

I'm genuinely sorry for the stress this event has caused our customers, I doubt it's any comfort, but it has been equally(at least) taxing on me.

I won't be responding to PM's until my personal circumstances allow it.

Thanks for getting on here and clearing things up we know its hard especially given the circumstances. Get your situation fixed and we will all be waiting for your return with open arms [:o)].
But in all seriousness hope everything gets better soon.
 
Hey stretch when it rains it pours brother. Like the saying goes what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. I hope all is well and you guys get your issues handled with as little trouble as possible.
 
So I'm almost done with all the gear I have. Now that bio is gone for a few weeks, is there anyone that can pm me a reliable and good ugl? Not sure how long bio will be away but I'm looking to make a order very shortly. Hope everyone has a good holiday.
