Been lifting on and of for may years. Back i n the day i did 4-6 reps with great results. But after many years in the game i have some injuries and shoulder pain. So now days its all about the pump and squeeze for me. And i feel great from training this way. How do you guys training and what works best for you ??

I also don't do tons of strength training at the moment due to a rotator cuff injury. I go for the "pump" too. It feels great!

Gotta switch it up and move it around myself. I do better lifting heavier, but after a some weeks of it Im in break down. I will walk into the gym and not have shit in me.
Thats when its time to go light for a few weeks

Hey Guys, for me, it's always been the Super-set or Tri-set, It allows me to get a lot more work it a short amount of time. The old school German Volume Training is a old favorite. Just remember, what ever style of training you use, "Keep a Log", if not, you'll not know what's going on, and if your comparing two different styles over time, then you will see how it comes into play.
I have Journals with Body-part Exercises, wt-lifted, days, sets, and reps, from the 70's.
It always helps to look back, so you can go forward...............................JP
