I'm on my first cycle been running test p for ab 4 months. Two weeks ago my right and left elbow started hurting a little, felt pain on the elbows. Kept working through it. Last week I did biceps, and now it's been almost a week, can't lift, hurts to grip any thing in my right arm. Theres still a lil pain in the left but the right is severe. Any suggestions what to do ab it, or what the problem is? Has anyone give through this? If so what was wrong and what did u do for it to get better?
