Elbow pain

I'm on my first cycle been running test p for ab 4 months. Two weeks ago my right and left elbow started hurting a little, felt pain on the elbows. Kept working through it. Last week I did biceps, and now it's been almost a week, can't lift, hurts to grip any thing in my right arm. Theres still a lil pain in the left but the right is severe. Any suggestions what to do ab it, or what the problem is? Has anyone give through this? If so what was wrong and what did u do for it to get better?
 
Started running 100mg eod, 4iu.hgh.for two months then stopped the hgh, and ran tren ace 50mg ed.for a month. Speed the tren ab a 3 weeks ago
 
For me, if i stop taking aromasin while on cycle, my joints begin to feel funny, my left elbow hurts, i get a bit achy and kinda tired, once I add it back in i feel good again.

You realize that test converts to estro in the body, if your test levels are up then so are your estro levels.

I take it eod some guys take it ed, others e3d you have to find out what works for you.
 
It's not my joint, I feel like it's a tendon. The pain goes from my tricep bicep area of elbow over the ball of elbow to my forearm. Basically it hurts on both.sides of that ball in ur elbow maybe an inch stretch of what's in side it

When I say joints I'm generalizing, that particular area where joints and tendons hang out.

Have you tried taking 2-3 days off the gym for anything arm related to see if it subsides?
 
Sounds like it's being over worked and needs some recovery time.
Have you added any new exercises to your routine that incorporates arm movement? Anything with questionable form?

Tomorrow will be a week I've been out the gym. My arm hurts pretty Damn bad.
 
Sorry man, I'm kind of at a loss here with advice, only thing I can think of is maybe you pulled something.
If you have taken time off and it still persists you may want to go check out the doc.

Any swelling or visible bruising?
Have you done anything like applying ice to the area 20 mins a couple of times a day? Joint areas are no joke bc of the connective tissue and other goodies. I would say get it checked out by your GP unless you want to wait another week and see what happens.

It's still sounds like tennis elbow to me though.

Lol trust me man, it happens doing the easiest dumbest things sometimes. hopefully it's nothing and just over training. Good luck bro and listen to your body.

I had the same thing recently... I had to take 2 weeks out of the gym ON CYCLE (YUCK) switch all curls to hammer curls, drop the ai (they make my joints hurt) and switch to german volume training LOW WEIGHTS. I am feeling better.

Oh yea 6iu hgh ed.

If it hurts avoid it- high rep training to get that collagen moving. Just my .02
