Just be patient guys, I know it's hard, but having run my own online business, sometime 200-300 emails a day plus packing and shipping takes a while. Astro has always gotten back to me

My experience with Astro was really good. There was a little mix up, but ultimately was resolved, and I believe was resolved in the best interests of both parties. I would recommend him to anyone else. T/A was slightly slower than my previous source, but I rest assured knowing the gear has tested true and I would take that over a 1 or 2 day T/A. However I know others have had very fast T/A
Hey, it happens for us Canadians. I'm waiting for Astro to confirm - i just put a small order to test the water. I suggest you do the same lol. The customs over here are so random.

A lot of these UGLs are a one man operation. He probably does the emails/PMs, packing and shipping. He may be doing the brewing too. I'm not sure what his situation is but this is how it usually is. There isn't one person who does nothing but take orders (check PMs/Emails.) He does seem to check them at least every day.

I have pm'd him twice over the last week with nothing back. Last order he was very quick about replies but with all the people posting that they pm'd obviously something is different either he lost help or is just picking certain people to answer to which seems to be how he answers on the board. Like 3 people will post a question or say they pm'd and only one gets a response. Just wondering whats up is all...

With his last comment about maybe going private his volume has probably increased a ton, nice marketing tactic....
Probably why he is taking a while to get to you. Just my guess.

He has always got back within 24hrs on PMs. As Kubrick mentioned make sure you are using his correct handle. Also as Gunner mentioned most UGL are a one man show. You can't expect them to work 24hrs a day. They have to eat, sleep and have a personal life. He WILL get back to you and with the increased volume of people posting that they PM'd him is probably taking longer for him to catch up on the messages and PMing him multiple times doesn't help him catch up.
