Do you really ever come off??

Ive been going for years...came off one time because red blood cell count went to high...Narrowed it down to deca had some pints removed and went right back at it. Also maybe stopped here and there because my sites got sore took a week or two off and right back... I get blood and test levels are often threw the roof... sometimes estrogen is high /then i block for a bit.. but for the most part just can't seem to find a reason why not to run it. I powerlift not body build and the first thing that happens when levels drop is numbers drop and that sucks period.

Where are you cholesterol numbers?

When you say you have been on what does that mean? Test only or Test plus or back and forth?

If its just Test and your getting bloodwork done by a reputable doc you should be ok, TRT basically.

Just test and some orals. Yes I have a friendly doc .My numbers for cholesterol have never come up high. Don't get me wrong all the markers that show long term use have come up but nothing to alarming other that the red blood cell count and the doc had me do therapeutic blood letting 2 pints and it went back to normal. I have high bp but take a pill for it and that works.

Nice. I have been on TRT for years, 39YO, and run cycles throughout the year. My TRT doc is up to speed with my usage and runs tests every 3 months. The only issues ive experienced are elevated BP which I take Benicar for and I had elevated liver enzymes one time. Scared the shit out of me so I backed off for a while. Be careful and keep getting those bloods done, only way to know if your actually ok.

Thats the way to do

I have blood drawn 2x a year

Switch between bulk cycle and cut cycle

Take 2 weeks off inbetween that

never use Pct or ai

I get bloods done 3x per year

Just curious to how you're controlling estrogen and gyno without pcts and ai

depending on his cycle estrogen may not be an issue.

as well as, he may not be prone to estrogen related issues... I am... therefore
i limit aromatizable gear and use AI's where applicable.

PCT is only necessary if he is trying to restore his HPTA. This obviously is not a desire in this thread.

Staying on is definitely a double edged sword. There are a lot of things to consider before coming to this decision and I wouldn't recommend it for everyone.

I wish the younger me had the knowledge and experience I have now. I like to think that I would have done things differently.
Buy history has shown that I am the type that just needs to learn things the hard way most of the time anyway.

Don't we all

You said it! Interesting subject! Luckily my younger self was much more cocky and had a oh yeah I can do it natural and still be better then you attitude. So I trained natty for about 6 years before making the jump. Now at early 40's the question is a little different. To trt with some blasts in the mx or cycle and pct? AND WHAT UP BRUT!;)

I'm considering trt year round with cycles in between... It just seems like a better option to me, I'm fine with taking injections year round... But I just haven't come to a final decision yet.. Lots of people are on trt, and my natural test is not very high to begin with..

TRT a decision that seems to be taken to lightly these days. I am on it but no more kids, 41 yo, and I like it under Dr. supervision. I talk to many 30 yo and they are on TRT and they have never cycled before. I am like what!!! I have yet see an anti-aging clinic turn these guys down and wonder what kind of damage is being done to them at that age. I believe for a 30 yo who has never ran before you would be better off to cycle and proper pct then to just go on TRT. Sorry for the rant and yes I am never coming off but never say never.

Ive come to the point where I don't have the option. Its either on or my test level go to that of a 90 year old man. I went in to the fert doc some time ago with my lady and started HCG and being helped to get it all kicking again but the drop drove me out of my mind!!! The doc assured me that after things came to the point where we made a baby I could get the TRT no problem based on my numbers off ...I guess I just wasn't ready. I still go in for labs and know the route to get there should I need to. Im also grateful as hell I have the best insurance because some guys insurance sucks when it comes to TRT.

Ok, so how low does it have to be to get trt? My TT was 380 if I remember correctly and my doctor said I don't need it... How low is yours that it's like a 90 yr old man?

I don't have the paper work.. but ill give you the skinny. When I went in my numbers where off the chart( some unmeasurable..I was loaded) so I had to come off for a couple months(lots of blood work and my red bloods where so high that I had to do some therapeutic blood letting) all this in order to even start the HCG therapy...And I felt like dog shit!!! My number at that point 100 something if i recall right. And I don't think I was producing any free test at all. Im a blue collar guy so I not going to pretend to get you a medics view. I do know this though most Doc could care less if you suffer from low T because they don't like writing that script and most insurance agencies policy for TRT is bullshit.

I think I came in around 220 but I suffered a string of concussions from Rec Rugby and they think that was what did it to me. Depending on the Doc at 380 they might want to go other routes. If you pay an anti-aging clinic I am sure they will hook it up. I tell you this the cycles I ran in my mid 30's I was more then happy maintaining mid to high 400 levels after PCT. I definitely knew though there was something wrong with me when mine dropped to levels I haven't had before even before the bloods.

It may be easier to not bother going through a doctor... Although, I do have medicare which would cover TRT I'm sure, it covers everything but dental...
