Hunterbro I've read to heat water not to boil and not to hot to touch then place water for 30 seconds, shake, repeat until all good.

Maybe others can confirm this method as I've never personally had to do it

I've done the same thing. My phone was not loading right with my email so I refreshed it a few times because I thought it had not went through.

I'm of the opinion that the hormone should remain suspended at room temperature. But hey, what do I know. My first cycle was 20 years ago. Oh wait.... you're right this is my first cycle. Dip shit. . I'm sure you know so much more since you've now completed the 11th grade. Please enlighten us then, why is the hormone crystalizing at room temperature? :rolleyes: ....I know why, but I'd love for you to have to research and then actually say it here on the forum.

The best way to do it is if you have a coffee pot with a burner just sit it on there for about 15 min. After 10 min give it a shake let it sit for the other 5 and shake it again. That should do it.

Otherwise boil water, once it comes to a boil turn off the heat and submerge the vial in it. Follow the time line given above.
