Well today was the day I got all my shit together (I think) and decided to start pinning. What we got here is an 8 week run of some test p, 4 weeks of npp and dbol, and possibly the last 4 weeks of var.
2 cycles under belt consisting of both 10 weeks of test e 300
Current weight: 210
Height: 5'9
I'm have more of a mesomorph body type (naturally fit with an average metabolism)
I will be eating based off of layne norton's general bulking diet for mesomorphs.
I will be starting this week at 3,150 cals/ day and moderately make changes as needed.
273g protein
42g fat
420g carbs

I will be training 6 days a week
Day 1: legs
Day 2: arms/ shoulders
Day 3: chest/ back
Day4: sex/Rest/ repeat

Now for the fun.
I'll be starting out pinning AL test p and npp eod at 100mg and once those 10mL are done I'll be switching to Astros test p and npp and see if I notice any difference in quality. Also I'll be starting with Astros dbol at 50mg about an hour or 2 pre workout.

I have all my serms / Ai's on hand (clomid, aromasin, nolva) including caber in case of nandrodick or milk titties if such sides shall arise.

My goals are to swell up and reach a good 225 or more while keeping fat down. I will also possibly be hiring a good pro coach to be at my side (no not PC). Can't disclose any names:D

Anyways let me know if I left anything out or if I'm doin something retarded.

Today was day 1 and i pinned 100mg test p and 100 mg npp and had no pip or soreness. Also popped a dbol and had a pretty damn good arm day. Maybe it was placebo. If so, thanks placebo for the pre kickstart[:o)]

I'm very curious on your results with AL's gear.. these first 3 weeks will be make it or break it.

Haha joe you're a damn nut! Anyways today was day 2, just got back from a chest workout. Thought I could hit back as well but damn that chest workout taxed my ass hard. Maybe In a few more days once the gear kicks in more I'll be able to hit both in same session. So I popped another 50 mg dbol about 2 hours before workout. I knew it was kickin in once I started getting the infamous back pumps before I even got to the gym so I know that's gtg from astro. I already went up about 5lbs on all chest lifts which include bench press, dbell press, flys, and machine press. Got an awesome pump as well. Today I woke up with my delt a little sore from the AL100mg npp pin yesterday. I think I'll be able to tell if his shits good cus my joints are pretty rusty so hopefully they lube up. And as far as his test p I don't have any pip from that. Haven't started taking any stane yet, I'm wondering if I should hold off on that till another week or so in. Any words of advice would be much appreciated
 
Subscribed to thread as I'm interested in Ascendant's legitimacy. Do you log all of your exercises, sets, reps, and weight lifted? I'm job searching right now so I have a lot of free time and I wouldn't mind making some simple progress versus time graphs for your thread. You know, kill some time. Applying for jobs and going to interviews is cool and all, but all the free time is driving me crazy.

In any case, I wish you the best. For optimal gains, you might want to train sex at least EOD.

Today was day 3 and another pin day which I'm now always excited for:D kinda weird because before I was always deathly afraid of needles and now I have this addictive mindset to where I can't wait for my next pin. Anyways ended up pinning 100mg Al test p and npp, also popped another 50mg dbol about an hour before back workout . Honestly today I didn't feel the dbol as much as I thought I have the past two days. I didn't get the lower back pumps or the minor headache. Strength was there though. I think two hours pre might be the sweet spot for me, still need to play around with that a little bit. Anyways I think the dbol is forsure good. As for the test p and npp, I will say my joints already do feel a little more lubricated. Could be placebo, but whatever it is, I'm liking it. Made chest day easier yesterday. But overall still too soon to tell if either npp or test p are legit. No pip or soreness after left glute inject whatsoever


I'm up to 214lbs already so there's some water weight right there. About to go check my blood pressure at local pharmacy to make sure all is good in that area. Today I did some overhand bent over back rows, some v-handle cable pull downs, hammer strength rows, and seated rows. Been lowering the volume lately and upping the weight for about 3-4 sets per lift. I usually did higher volume but it's time to change it up and grow muthafucka! Anyways I'm in a rush but soon I'll be logging detailed workouts in case anyone cares (I know I don't [:o)] )

On a side note, I noticed my little pecker is gettin all nicely vascular and veiny, must be from high bp or something :eek::D
 
Looks pretty good except only having 1 day of sex.... Good call on not going with PC as your coach.....

This is the moment all my brothers and sisters have been waiting for all day long!!! Coming to report here towards the end of my 4th day. No pins today unfortunately, just another 50mg dbol pre workout. I think so far about 2 hours before seems to be the sweet spot for ME. I've taken it with and without food and it hasn't changed anything. Today I hit some legs and abs, strength has gone way up on legs. Reppin 315's!!! This is amazing for me considering last months was only doin around 225 ish. So I was reppin 315 today for 4 sets of 12-15 reps. Felt like I could've gone heavier but didn't want to considering maybe my tendons and ligaments aren't ready to bare that kinda weight yet. So did the squats, then some leg extensions, leg curls, and some calf raises. Tomorrow will be a shitty ass day for me if I have to walk [:o)] good thing I don't have class. I also feel my endurance is a little bit better now. Didn't really wana leave the gym but sometimes you just gotta :( felt a little bit of some cramping going on so I definetly need to up my water in take to two gallons a day now. I will also be going to get some acupuncture work done within a week to alleviate the extra stress being put on my body. One thing I also noticed is a little bit of blood when I blow my nose. Not every time, but at least 2-3 times a day. I'm guessing it's due to higher bp so if it doesn't get better I will be dropping my dose to 25mg. As far as the npp goes, it's still a Little to soon but as of now I want to say AL is doing it's job. I don't think placebo lasts for four days but we'll see.

Not sure if I should start taking my aromasin yet. Haven't noticed any estro sides yet besides maybe a little bloat and water weight but that's to be expected. If it gets worse then I will definetly start. My only problem is I have 25mg caps from mj research. And i think 25mg a day is way too high. Perhaps maybe 25mg/eod instead of 12.5 ed?

Exciting seeing those kinda numbers in only 5 days, that's a whopping 10 lbs. makes me wonder how much more I'm gonna gain. Hit a good session of Arms today. Popped a 50mg again pre workout about an hour and a half before and it was in full effect! One thing I love about gear is it definetly helps with the mind muscle connection. I feel all the stress in my muscle and not the joints as I sometimes would off cycle. For bi's I did some heavy straight bar curls with the arm blaster for 4 sets of 8-12 reps. Then switched over to some hammer curls for another 4 sets of 6-8 reps. Ended with some heavy ass preacher curls super setted with bent over concentration curls and damn the pump was intense. Almost felt like I was cumming as arnie would say;) finally switched over to tri's, warmed up with three sets of rope cable push downs, started my working sets with straight bar push downs heavy with 3 sets of 8-12 reps. Went over and did some over head tricep extensions with dumbbells for 4 sets 8-12 reps. Ended with some dips to failure. I would've liked to go longer but had to cut it short :mad:


And of course today was a pin day with 100mg of Al prop and npp. Pinning always makes my day better :cool:

Still no estro sides popping up. Also noticed I've been sweating when I wake up? Haven't looked into the whole test fever theory but I'm gonna look into it and see if that has anything to do with it. Overall all is well my people. Stay safe and lift hard!

I decided to take my Dbol in one dose pwo as well instead of splitting the doses, it sure is a hell of a pwo. I am also curious to see what kind of routine the paid coach comes up with if you decide to go that route.

Alright bromos I'm finally back and got a new laptop, my other one busted :(:(:(

Anyways for anyone who still cares I'm coming to the end of the cycle, I got about 2.5 weeks left! In the final stretch to make some gains. I came to the conclusion that ascendants test p is quality, I just saw the labmax test on it and how it recently failed but 3 of my buddies were on it and they thought it was good as well, I'm not sure if the EO oil has anything to do with it but from a physical standpoint it seemed to be legit. As far as the dbol went from astro that shit was too fuckin good! I had to stop 10 days in from the back pumps :( I know pussy shit. And the npp from astro was sweet as well! Joints are wet like my woman:cool: I've lost bf, and gained about 15 lbs so far. I'm at about week 6. Lookin to get me some tren to try and get rid of the rest of this bf before my run is over. Again sorry for cutting out early on you guys I feel like every other shit head that starts a log and never finishes.. Good to be back though
