I really believe if sensitive information is being sent back and forth encryption is the key.

i like encryption. it make me fill better anyway. i dont know if it is beyond the reach of the long arm of the law though. if the info you use is permanently delete i dont know if it stays that way or not, but like i said it does give me some peace of mind.
i dont think nsa is going to screw with juice monkeys. they have bigger fish to fry. i generally use the same encryption as the source im going through at the time. i create a new account each time.
 
Their servers are based in Israel the article says. Going on to say how the NSA wont be able to get to those servers.

Yep Hushmail/cyber rights have all the info to the mass of sources using it for ORD. They are canada based email
 
I don't feel any of the providers are safe. I use them because there's a a sort of requirement with a lot sources, but in the end if they want you, they'll get you.

If you want be truly safe you have to take all kinds of security measures. Even then, there's always someone better out there.
