dude you just made me a fucking revelation. never thought of my fibers! got so entangled in carbs protein and fats that I forgot fiber is seriously lacking for me!
My protein I use has 6 grams of fiber helps a lot. But high carbs with low fiber causes this "bloat" or way to high fiber. That's why I try to hit around a tenth of my carbs in fiber. 600=60 400=40 and so on.

Broccoli man. I've tried that powder shit lol it doesn't work near as good as broccoli...for me anyway.

ugh... I want to get rid of some I have lying around.. just thought it was more of a girlfriend supp which she was the one who bought it more than REAL MAENZ JUICE
 
I think it depends on the person. That's where experience comes in. Everybody responds to certain carbs differently. That's why you have to experiment and see which carbs work for you. Demon obviously knows his body from years of trial and error. White potatoes work for him.

Or maybe he just really enjoys starchy carbs. Ever think of that erico_O

I drink Chia seeds in milk for fiber and yeah, have hit the "too high on fiber" side a few times.
