My protein I use has 6 grams of fiber helps a lot. But high carbs with low fiber causes this "bloat" or way to high fiber. That's why I try to hit around a tenth of my carbs in fiber. 600=60 400=40 and so on.dude you just made me a fucking revelation. never thought of my fibers! got so entangled in carbs protein and fats that I forgot fiber is seriously lacking for me!
