1 day out from show

Just thought to share this, I took this 1 day out from competition. I used no thermogenics the entire diet. My cycle was 600mg/wk of EQ, 200/wk of test cyp (dropped EQ and test 2 wks out from show) and 50mg/day winstrol the final 6 wks, which increased winny to 100g/day the final 2 wks going in. Just did the best I could with what I had. Weight is 212 here @ 5'9"

You look great man. You always preach lower dose cycles too. Goes to show what lower doses and good training and diet can do. Good job.
 
You mentioned on another thread you were doing paleo. Is that how you ate during this comp ?i think you said you were just eating apples for your carbs.
no, that was before competition dieting. I pretty much jumped on "contest diet" about 8-9 wks out
 
Very impressive dd, that's a lot of hard work and dedication. The conservative amount of gear you used makes it even more impressive.

thanks, I try keeping that old.school mentality and keepingit more about hard work and diet.I did use some Cardarine and S-4 in the first part of the diet but didnt mention it because I got flamed pretty bad when I made a thread on it
 
I used 125mg of aldactone on Tues night, and then nothing else after that. I started carbing up pretty heavy on Wed with abt 12 oz of white potatoes per serving for 4 or 5 meals that day. On Thursday I had a pimento burger and french fries. When dieting awhile it normally takes me 2 days to come around after a cheat meal so I figured if I did one Thursday then Id hit the nail on the head come Saturday. Fri I reverted right back to the diet and kept carbs low
 
I also used about 20 units of nolvalog per day Wed-showtime and an additional 20iu of lantus per day which I took in the evening time

How low did you go on carbs?
 
also, insulin was a little lower on Friday since I cut carbs back down. Honestly, doing any more diuretics after Tues night would have fucked me. I got really flat looking on Wed and halfway into Thursday and went with my gut instinct of not taking anything else for water loss. I also didnt cut my water out, I pretty much only drank when thirsty the few days leading into it and everything was based on instinct and what the mirror was telling me
