Amazing dude. How did you do on the show out of curiosity?
3rd place in open heavy. I weighed in at 210. I have been hearing about this new mens classic physique in 2016 and although excited at first, Ive heard the weight cutoff for my height is going to be 192 lbs, and there is no fucking way I would lose 20 lbs of muscle just to compete. So Im just gonna keep going and developing a look that I WANT, fuck what the industry standards are

Be happy with yourself, you dont need to fall into a recognized category to realize your physique is out of this world bro
 
most of my carbs were from white potatoes and when it got to the last few wks then white poatoes became my only source of carbs throughout any given day

So if I only eat white potatoes I'll look like you?? Just kidding man...but seriously though why only white potatoes??
 
Because where your carbs come from has no effect on body composition.. Soda , white rice, bread, sweet potatoes. It doesn't matter.

Plus, different sources have different properties on their carbs, it is very true that soda carbs and sugars WILL bloat you way more than sweet potatoes's. sweet potatoes will make you feel more satiated and with a steady amount of energy over a longer period of time than the sugar peak in blood that soda will give.. IMO and humble knowledge

The science behind it is out there bro. I used to be in disbelief of flexible dieting/iifym and ate complete bro food until I gave it a legit shot and tracked every little thing I ate and I noticed better mood and way more leniency in foods and I looked better actually. Just my two cents

Sugars don't so much bloat me at all.. Jay cutler is a pretty firm believer in iifym. More and more people are finally seeing that the science is there. I still believe in hitting daily fiber needs to combat bloat

I go w/ bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, beans, cakes, pies, shit like that...but never Soda. That's ridiculous. Plus it fucks up your teeth and guts.

I'm definentlynnot saying it's healthy but im sayin it's doable if tracked. Id look into layne norton if I were you had PhDs in nutrition science and shit and is a pro bb and too ranked pl. my go to carbs are rice tortillas and of course pop tarts =p

Its not doable if you don't have any teeth to eat some protein. Lol But, I hear what your saying. Layne Norton...doesn't he work for a security software company?? Maybe he owns it??

dude you just made me a fucking revelation. never thought of my fibers! got so entangled in carbs protein and fats that I forgot fiber is seriously lacking for me!
