1 month in 2016 cycle

Figured I'd let u guys know what cycle is like a month in and what's in store for long cycle. I'm 41. Kinda new here. Years of aas. Past few years only 1 16-24 week cycle a year. Rest of year I stay pretty focused on diet and training. When I'm on I'm on. I'm focused and eating real good. Haven't started cardio yet. Haven't started tweaking carbs yet. I'm 6'1 just about. I was about 228 Feb 12. Right now on empty stomach 236.8. So almost 9 lb gain while gaining alil size and def lost fat. At end of day past few days I'm 239-240. I'm about 15% bf now. Last time it was checked couple months ago I was 17.



I'll b a month on tomoro. Just test and eq for now. I tweaked cycle from when I originally started but it's set now
Wk 1- 14 T400 400-500 total a wk biweekly shots
Wk 1-14 EQ Front load with 800 a week
Right now 400 a week biweekly shots. Will go up to 600.
Wk 14-24 prop 100 eod
Wk 12-20 tren ace 75-100 eod
Wk 16-24 masteron 400-600 a week biweekly shots
Wk 18-25 anavar 50mg/day
Arimadex was started couple weeks ago at .5 eod. Will stop last day of cycle.
Pct will b hcg clomid and Nolvadex. Hcg 2 weeks 5000iu spread over 2 weeks. Clomid 30 days and Nolvadex for couple weeks maybe.
I've never dne anavar. Mayyyyybe may throw in alil hgh. Not sure. If so..will run it by April through pct. Serostim 2-4iu a day..really not sure yet. Lookin forward to it. I dnt need massive doses. I've had my days of a gram of test and lots of shit. Dnt need it. As I got older I appreciate more what diet does with the use of steroids involved. Steroids ain't magic but they can b with proper diet. Well..tren is magic. I dnt need alot of that either. I recover fine past few years after long cycle.
Normal day of diet consists of only eggs oatmeal clean chicken ground turkey steak strips white rice sweat potatoes broccoli Brussel sprouts Greek yogurt nuts water. For now 2 cheat meals a week. I'm getting about 275 protein a day and carbs usually around 300. Goal is to get jacked and shed bf. Dnt want to hear that's impossible. When I start doing cardio and twerkin diet in another 2 weeks I'll b alil over 240 and will diet down and do cardio to between 215-225. If I get under 210 I'm pretty lean but smaller. Dnt need to b ripped. Want proportionate lean mass with definition and some veins
 
O yea..as far as how I feel on this cycle..good.havent dne eq in years. Never went over 400 a week before. Never front loaded before. I feel like it just started kickin in. I swear I felt the test within alil over a week. Like I've said I've gained 9 lbs. Look fuller and tighter. No extra veins yet. Feel like my endurance is up. I blow through workouts. Strength has gone up. Every workout each week better and stronger with more reps. Sex drive is up but nothin nuts. Before I star ed arimadex sex drive wasn't goin up and I was getting periods of sleepiness during day. Arimadex stopped that. I love being on. It's a big treat. I keep it to one nice cycle a year and appreciate it more and get more out of it. I have my mind right this cycle more than prob any other and diet is on point more than any other.
 
And lastly I forgot to mention..i also have 2 shakes during day. 1 post workout with fruit for the day and 1 before bed. Low carb. Dymatize
