10 ui GH per day

Update

2.5 UI in the morning and 2.5 in the evening zero edema , zero bloating face/eyes

always feeling of PUMP H24, especially forearms

You wonder if it's from blood sugar? Then why don't you test your FBG? It's the easiest thing in the world.
I don't trust the values of the machines, I rather prefer to see blood sugar levels and glycated hemoglobin

another thing is because until before starting GH my blood sugar level over the years has always been 70/75, I have been using metformin, berberine, ALA, chromium, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar every morning for 3 consecutive years (365 days l year), I do 40 minutes of fasted cardio, 6 workouts a week + another 20/30 minutes of cardio after training

my daily activity is very high, it may be that some have these problems, but if you follow a correct diet, even using a lot of GH I don't think you will end up with 140/160 blood sugar levels

Chase Iron using 18UI of serostim without any type of supplement has low blood glucose, ok testosterone 3 grams also helps, but I think that every man who uses steroids has included testosterone in his protocol.

I say this because I've done experiments

10 minutes apart

blood sugar 85
blood sugar 100
blood sugar 68

then I did blood tests and I was 72
Was the blood test done with a machine?

I mean idc but you have better grasp when you test yourself. You didn't titrate up. That's a known commonly stated point as well. Generic vs pharma has been discussed to death make your own opinion.

QSC for me, even though I've only been using it for a short time, is excellent, I've been using its oils for 2 years, all the molecules have proven to be excellent, and the price is the best on the market

10 multidose testosterone $90

the other UGL 1 multidose $30/35/40, this alone should make us think

Good morning

Help if anyone has already had experience with this

I started about 10 days ago on 10UI of GH QSC daily, I immediately noticed muscle fullness and extreme PUMP during training; the only side effect I know is swelling in the eyes and face, probably linked to blood sugar levels

given that I have divided the GH into 2 assumptions

morning 6:30AM 5IU, 40 minutes fasted cardio
8:00 AM 8 IU Humalog with breakfast (160 rice flour + banana + egg white)

other dose before bed 5 IU GH

Is it possible that I need to raise the insulin dose to regulate blood sugar levels or is the swelling an effect not linked to blood sugar levels? The GH has already given excellent feedback for the short time it has been used, if there was a method to resolve retention on the eyes and face it would be perfect

GH must be titrated up slowly. This is common knowledge. Starting at a dose of 1.5 iu, or more if you can handle it, and then increase by 0.5 iu every week. Nobody, an I mean nobody starts at 10 iu's. You'll experience a ton of sides, including water retention yes.

The BG issues is a completely normal phenomena on 10 iu's, especially if you are not careful on how you're eating carbs. For instance, you're taking a big dose of GH at 6:30 AM and then you have a big carb meal 1:30h later (I presume that's 160g's of rice flour). If taken subq, the GH peaks somewhere between 3 to 4h post pin but starts affecting blood sugar and insulin resistance before that peak, around the time you eat your high carb breakfast. And when the highest blood glucose happens, you are also at the peak of GH's negative effects on BG management. The fasted cardio right after you pin the GH also makes no sense. You want to do that later, when GH starts rising in your serum. An hour and a half or two hours later, or even 3h after you pin. Basically; you are doing it all wrong.

This is very basic knowledge mate. I suggest you do some more reading and researching before you do more harm to your body.

Titration is the problem ime. I recently went on vacation and dosed 7 iu for the 2 days instead if my normal 3iu daily.... I was bloated to where family noticed it and also felt very lethargic. Slow and steady everyone reacts different

Have you used QSC gh before? Is it good or how does it compare to other generics or pharma?
For me, I have been running Omnitrope for a year, started at 2iu and ramped up to 6 iu a day. I have had great results. I switched to QSC a week ago and haven’t noticed a difference yet. I will let you know after six months what I find. So far so good. No side affects, so far.

i have been on 4iu for 2 months want to work up to 6iu at this point. What was your protocol from moving from 4iu to 6iu?

Yeah let us know. The price is damn good. Im trying to find guys who had labs done for igf-1 while on QSC. Anyone know where I can find labs? Also does anyone know what the dimer is on a hplc test? Not exaclty sure what that means.
