10wk 15mg a day Dianabol cycle

I was just wandering if i could get some answers from experienced roid users on this forum.. Im going to be taking 15mg a day of dianabol for 10wks and i have a few questions needing answering..
1. is 2gram per pound of body weight of protein sufficient for growth?
2. how many times a week should i be training each particular muscle, and how many exercises and sets/reps are best when using steroids.
3. is 40mg of nolvadex for the first week, and 20mg a week for the next two sufficient for my post cycle therapy.. this is alongside tribulus and creatine..

Any other recommendations you can give me would also be greatly appreciated..

If you dont mind me asking, what made you decide on 15mgs? Is this your first cycle? If your going to do ahead and take steroids, I would at least take enought to show REAL gains. That would be considered a low amount even on a base of Test. As for your questions...
1) Yes it is but make sure to eat even more than that in carbs
2) I like to say each part once every 5 or 6 days
3) Yes that will work
 
i was contemplating between the 10 wk cycle and a 5wk cycle going, wk1: 20mg daily, wk2: 30mg daily, wk3: 40 mg daily, wk4: 30mg daily, wk5: 20mg daily.. how many exersises and sets/reps are best on steroids too?
 
you are not ready for juice. tell us your age, years training and diet and we can help you gain alot more naturally before you are ready. dbol only cycle is a terrible idea. all your gains will be water bloat and you will lose most all of your gains after you come off.

zvonko..come back to us today if you are serious....the cycle you have planned is not good for you..tell us your age and stats..training experience etc...dennis
