All I know about this is it has to do with TT levels. Can someone please tell me exactly what its for an how you use it?

So is that what everybody is looking for when they get their bloods done? An if its lower then that it would be underdosed gear?In essence your TT values should be equal to 10x your dose of testosterone. 500mg/wk=5000ng/dl.
Will it vary person to person since ever bodies body chemistry is different or does that not matter?Yes. Ideally you'd want it as close to that number as possible.

ahh I see. Thanks brother I like learning new things. im making like a spounge arond here. im soaking it all up lol.Sleep isn't goin to drop ur tt levels noticeably while taking testosterone.
I've seen lack of sleep + stress + shitty diet drop natural levels 100+ points. But if ur levels are 3000+ ur not gonna notice a 100+/- difference
why would 7to 10x probly be the case?As many have noted, the 10X is a rough estimate. The 10X is an easy number to recall. It is by no means a hard and fast rule, but using 7-10X is probably almost always the case. Also, the main reason I use the higher multiple is for ASIH (PCT). It is much better to over estimate rather than under when trying to restore the HPTA.
I would guess that 30% is to account for different physiological differences between subjects.why would 7to 10x probly be the case?
aww ok cool. thanks bro for posting up.I would guess that 30% is to account for different physiological differences between subjects.
