Sucks the bulk didn’t go well for you but abs, working joints and some new wisdom ain’t half bad either.Good morning, and thank you for asking. I’m on the last three weeks of this cycle that was a botched 12 week bulking cycle and really turned into a 6 week body recomp. I leaned many lessons that I will remember well in July when I do my next blast after this upcoming 6 week TRT dosage cruise while my bloods normalize. The July blast will essentially be the same blast, but with higher Masteron dosage and lower Deca dosage.
The bottom line is that I think I jumped into full blown big kid doses too quickly and my body didn’t react well to that. I will titrate much more carefully in July so I do not waste that cycle as well.
But all is not lost. I did cut my macros while I was dealing with extreme edema and diuretics to shed that water, but I am maintaining 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight, while my carbs and fats, and thus my caloric intake, are lower.
Masteron LOVES working in that environment so I’m getting vascular as fuck as I lean out. And the HGH seems to be doing a wonderful job of getting me leaner with a quickness while I’m still holding above 290 lbs and not losing any muscular size.
Good abs make my wife’s panties hit the floor and I’ve noticed that she subconsciously can’t keep her hands off of my abs during sex now. And they aren’t even good yet to be honest with you. But the more they come in, the more she touches them. She can’t help it, and I love that. That’s a huge win for both of us.
My joints and connective tissue still feel AMAZING on 300 mgs of GL’s Deca per week. I’ll probably run that as a basic necessity with my TRT until I die. I haven’t felt this good in decades. Literally. I just put in another sizable order yesterday, in fact. I won’t go without deca ever again.
Not kidding.
At all.
I am back up to 4 IU’s of growth each morning and my hands and feet are comfortably numb, so I know it’s doing its job. Absolutely no edema of the feet and ankles this time, though.
My fasting blood sugar has been in the 90’s and my postprandial is hovering around that 140 mark, so I have just upped my Novolin 70/30 to 15 IU’s each morning and I’ll go higher as needed.
My blood pressure remains in the high normal range thanks to Telmisartan, my general sense of health and well being is off the charts thanks to caber (and probably Masteron and the very low dose of deca, as well).
I’m winding down the 50 mgs of Anadrol a day for 6 weeks and I have been taking 1250 mgs per day of TUDCA, so I’m curious to see those blood markers when I do labs in three weeks.
And that’s where the rubber will hit the road. After 12 weeks of 1 gram of test cyp per week, my free test should be well into that three grand territory. I’ll post those results on this thread once I get them back.
So all in all, this cycle has been a success. Once again, careful AAS usage along with prudent ancillaries has improved the quality of life for my wife and myself. You can’t ask for much more than that.
Enough about me. How long have you been on this cycle and what are your doses? Cridi already asked the very most important question about your food, so thank you for that answer and insight.
You’ll want to do bloodwork just to see where you are at, of course, but you already know that.
I don’t know your history, but if you aren’t an advanced AAS user who squeezed everything you can out of 500mgs/week test cycles , then 750 mgs/week test cycles, and now has done a gram a week cycles, (and that’s a good thing if you are not there yet, BTW), then you probably have a strong advantage that you don’t realize yet.
If you are still early in the iron game you will really benefit from going off for AT LEAST 4 to 6 weeks. Take advantage of the opportunity to do a total reset. Receptors, liver, kidneys, joints, just everything in general.
If you’re older like me, “OFF” would be a legitimate therapeutic weekly dose. If you’re young and healthy off means off. Titrate down so you do not crash your hormones and absolutely hate life. Do your responsible PCT and take care of yourself. Give your muscles, joints and connective tissues a break in the gym. We all go harder while we’re on cycle and the body needs a break from that. Keep your macros where they need to be. Clean out your system and start fresh in 6 weeks and you will be SHOCKED at your gains. I promise you that.
BTW, don’t forget, when you post your blood work GL is going to give you a credit for your next order, so that’s extra incentive to show yourself and the Meso community that your gear is legit. Bloodwork doesn’t lie unless the lab messes it up.
I hope that helps. Have a great day and crush your workout when you get in the gym today.
Cycle so far has been 4 weeks at 600 Test E and 300 Deca. Like I mentioned first two weeks were test from King and then the these last two weeks were the test from GL (deca has been from GL the whole time). I’ve done 2 cycles before this, both of them at 500 test E, the first brought me from 190lbs to 215, the second from 215 to about 230, and now this third cycle my weight wasn’t really increasing much yet but visually I was starting to look fuller until about 3-4 days ago when I woke up looking flat and my weight was down a couple pounds. Next couple mornings I woke up and the same shit happened down another pound or so and looking like ass, I was also feeling insanely tired and sore.
Fortunately this morning it seems like I figured out the reason why because I woke up with a fever and some pretty bad flu symptoms. Plan now is to ride out whatever bullshit I’ve got and then when that’s through hopefully I’ll see my weight start to go back up. If it doesn’t prolly get some bloods done because I don’t have a clue wtf else the problem could be.
Preciate you taking the time to dispense sound advice.
