130lb too small for steroids??

im 18 55 tall and im not weak i can bech 190 which is alright for my weight, not that that really matters but anyways

do u think i am to small??

i have friends that use to be my size and got bigger with steroids and they seem to be ok
 
what i understood from that is that you are 18 years old and 55 inches tall...is that correct?

if so, and you weigh 130lbs, you are not ready for steroids. since you are probably going to do them anyway, make sure you follow proper procedure and such.
 
I know a lot of people who started small on steroids. I think 18 is too young but being small is a damn good reason to juice. If you are say, 130 and you bulk up to say a solid 170-175 over the period of a year or two, you are going to be a totally different person at the end of that time period. You will probably go from looking and possibly acting like you are 16 to actually maturing into the man you will become. I've seen it happen. Sometimes, a small guy does steroids, and if hes good with it, its the best thing he could have done to improve his life. However, I've seen it work the opposite way. Just do you reading and be ready for it, if you are going to do it, and it may work out well for you. No one can make the decision for you. Good luck. (I would wait until I were at least 20 or 21 but what the hell, I didn't listen when people told me that, I started at 19 and didnt have any problems except that I never wanted to stop taking them) Take it easy. Do it right.
 
If you do decide to use aas,do some research and do it right.Eat a lot of high protein food,get sleep and train smart.Maybe try a lite cycle first.Maybe a 10 week of 500 Sustanon a week and 20mg D-bol a day for 4 weeks?

In any case, it's not the steroids that stop a person's growth, it's the excess estrogen they generate. An aromatase inhibitor would take care of that.

However, I'm wondering what ever happened to learning how to train and eat properly for growth FIRST... then after a solid foundation has been built, considering the use of steroids.

Obviously, an eighteen year old kid at 130 pounds, is living proof that he has no concept of how to train or eat properly for muscular growth. Which is no big deal as most 18 year olds are in the same boat. But is the answer steroids...? Not hardly.

I agree. Wait a few yrs (3 or 4 ) and eat and train like crazy and then if you deside to juice you'll get the most out of it...............11
 
Excellent advice

From the last two guys. I think it is totally irresponsible and idiotic for anyone to say you should start using steroids now. You need to get to a new level of size naturally before even thinking about it. Get your body maxed out on its own before using any gear and you'll be glad you did.

Train, eat, and rest. That's all you need for now. Wait on AAS for at least another 4-5 years. Allow yourself to try and reach your natural potential first. You still have so much growing you could probably do naturally.

I would wait till I was at least early to mid 20s and get at least 4-6 years of lifting under you before taking steroids.

Next thing what you need to do...simple EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

top 10 things to do for size

1st - Eat lots of everything...i am assuming your pretty lean...eat lots of everything esp. meats start off w. 200grams of protein day and 300grams of carbs and 40-50 grams of fat - this is not precise just off the top of head.

2nd - Drop training to 3-4 times a week and no more than this

3rd - dont do cardio and stay away from doing activites that you burn alot of calories...in other words dont go play basketball for 2 hrs...if you do play eat lots of food as soon as you get done

4th - as stated above eat after your workout try to take in 40-50 gms of protein and 100 grams of carbs...a good thing would be to get some Biotest Surge and mix a scoop of that with a scoop of a good whey protein and blend with milk. Its very sweet tasting. Also eat some fruit along with this and some EFA or Fish Oil capsules or flax seeds.

5th - SLEEP - sleep at least 8 hrs at night and try to catch a nap...people who go on little sleep have high levels of cortisol which is a hormone that eats up valuable lean muscle mass.

6th - as DARE would say Dont do drugs...dont put shit into your body then expect your body to perform...also dont drink...if you do try to choose once a week when you and your boys go out and only drink enough for a lil buzz...dont get plastered...also drink lots of water while you drink so have a shot of vodka then ship on a glass of water...also eat something before you go out to help the food absorb food.

7th - workouts keep under an hour...your total sets at your age should be between 10-20 sets. At your age keep reps between 6-12.

8th - no isolation...stick to compound exercies...example for thighs - squats, hams deadlifts, abs crunches and leg raises and woodchops, back and biceps pullups and rowing motions, chest shoulders and triceps use pushing motions bench press, incline press, squat press, military press, lockouts in powerrack etc.

9th - vary your total reps one week do only 10 sets total. Next week do 15 sets total then 3rd week do 20 sets total...then circuit back around.

10th - rest properly
reps rest time
10-12 60s
8-10 90s
6-8 2 minutes
4-6 3 minutes
2-4 4 minutes
1-2 5 minutes

These are some quick tips...others above I am sure gave you some good advice...Bob Smith is one of the most informed people on the board ask him for help...also Gavin(sp?) is good...go to the nutrition and training board and start reading...just realize there are morons on this board who dont know what the fuck they are talkin about lol...anyways good luck buddy and stay away from steroids for now...

my freshman year in high school I stopped working out for 2 hours at a time and started training 3 times a week and eating lots of food...went from 135 lbs. to 185 lbs. in a 6 month period of time naturally....i got fat but strength and size went up quickly and at the time thats all I cared about...so it can be done buddy...do as I said above and you will be set

one last thing supplements most of em I think are shit...a good multivitamen/mineral, glutamine, creatine, meal replacement drinks for when you dont have time to eat, and whey protein are all good...stick to these if you need more info on how to take and cycle these PM me and I will help you out...good luck buddy.

Joel, at 130 pounds you could probably squat your bookbag and add 15 pounds. AAS is not the answer for you, proper training and nutrition are. They are the ONLY answers for you at this time.

thanks for all that info i am having second thoughts now because of things you suggested coming from people that have experience with steroids

im italian not very tall people

if you say i will regret doing steroids at my size then i probily will in the futur

i am not the type of person that doesnt give a shit and just does it without thinking of the side effects
i have been reading as much as i can and asking questions for a couple of months already and i have given my friend a couple of shots
so i have a good knowlege of steriods i asked this question because i couldnt find anything on big you should be to take steroids

i understand that i am to small by i also agree with gear and sauce that when people my size that steroids they change in personality and just become more mature and also become a badass

the only reason i want to take them at my age and size is because im still in high school and being the crazy roid monkey is a fun life styel
 
I think you're missing an important point that everyone was trying to get thru to you... doing juice now has nothing to do with your size. You don't need to "get bigger" before you use your 'Vitamin S'.

However, your size is reflective of the fact that you obviously don't know how to train properly right now. Until you get that training down, you have no business messing with the sauce. Yeah, you can be genetically small (as in Height), but you would have filled out more by now if you were training properly.

My advice; see if they teach weight training classes at yourt school. Then head over to the training and nutrition forums and read every post in there 3 times. Then actually apply what you've learned. That's really what everyone on here is trying to tell you.

1. Giving your friend a couple of shots does not give you a "good knowledge of steroids".
2. Steroids will not make you more mature (you'll probably end up acting LESS mature) and will not make you a "badass".
3. If the only reason you want to take them is because your "still in high school and being the crazy roid monkey is a fun lifestyle" you need to get out of this forum.
WTF is a "crazy roid monkey" anyway?

PLEASE listen to the rest of the guys here on the forum and do yourself some justice.
