With all the supplements out there these days, what is the number one supplement you guys reccomend or can't train without besides protein?

If you could be specific with product and brand that would be great, I have to pick up some supps and want to get the most bang for my buck

It depends on your goal. Creatine is one of the few supps that works, but it wouldnt be appropriate to use while dieting. Likewise, ephedrine is great, but wouldnt be useful while bulking.
 
Lots of whole foods. Make sure you can pronounce everything you eat. That's my generic nutrition advice. I don't use any supps except MRP's and other protein mixes. Been burned too many times by phonies.
 
Yeah, I don't use supps either. Protein and ephedrine, but I consider ephedrine a necessity of life. :P
 
bcaa's (ex. universals bcaa, ice, etc)
and
creatine (ex. ALRI's CE2, LMR CREA-ESTER, plain old ON creatine)
