It's an absurd statement to say that Steroid injectins are more likely to cause an abcess than b12. Dirty needles, dirty injection site are more often than not the cuprit in abcesses. It is very hard for bacteria to thrive in oil anyway. The man making these allegations is full of shit and is doing nothing more than push a personal agenda or try and make a name for himself.
