If you've used them, are using them or are thinking about using them I would advise you not to

I"ve used them in the past and without going into details - let's say I was greatly displeased

Anyway - I got this e-mail today which I feel should be shared

TO ALL MY VALUED CLIENTS AND FRIENDS.....

I AM AWARE THAT SPECTRUM HRT HAS SENT OUT AN EMAIL TO MY CLIENT BASE NOTIFYING YOU ALL THAT I WILL NO LONGER BE WORKING AS A CONTRACT CONSULTANT WITH SPECTRUM. THEY HAVE STATED THAT THE RELATIONSHIP HAS BEEN TERMINATED FOR "UNFORESEEN" REASONS. THE RELATIONSHIP WAS SEVERED BY ME, BECAUSE OVER RECENT MONTHS IT HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT SPECTRUM SERVICES L.L.C., TREASURE COAST PHARMACY, AND APS PHARMACY ARE CURRENTLY AND HAVE, FOR SOME TIME, BEEN UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE FBI AND THE DEA. AFTER AN INCREASING AMOUNT OF YOU HAVE CONTINUALLY CONTACTED ME REGARDING SERIOUS INFECTIONS AND REACTIONS FROM THE MEDICATIONS THAT SPECTRUM IS SUPPLYING TO MY CLIENTS:eek:, I HAVE MADE THE PERSONAL AND BUSINESS, IN THE BEST INTEREST OF MY NAME AND REPUTATION, AND YOUR HEALTH, THAT I CAN NO LONGER ASSOCIATE MYSELF WITH THIS LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL OUTFIT.

THEY HAVE ALSO MADE THE BOGUS CLAIM THAT I CANNOT SERVICE YOU, WHICH IS TOTALLY INACCURATE. I HAVE ALL OF YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS IN MY PERSONAL POSSESSION AND THE CONSULTANT THAT YOU CHOSE TO DEAL WITH IS JUST THAT.... YOUR CHOICE. THERE IS NO ONE AT SPECTRUM THAT HAS ANY KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR PROTOCOLS OR DOSING SCHEDULES. THIS "LAST STRAW" FOR ME WAS JUST THE FINAL INCIDENT IN A LONG LINE OF THINGS THAT HAVE LED TO MY DECISION. I CAN NO LONGER CONTINUE TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH A COMPANY THAT IS CONTINUALLY SUPPLYING TAINTED MEDICATIONS TO THE CLIENTS THAT I HAVE WORKED SO HARD TO HELP. AND THEN WHEN THEY DO GET COMPLAINTS, THEY BRUSH THEM OFF AS BEING "LESS THAN IMPORTANT".

I WOULD LIKE TO SINCERELY ASK FOR THE LOYALTY FROM ALL OF YOU TOWARD ME, THAT I HAVE FOUGHT AGAINST SPECTRUM FOR SO LONG TO BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU. I AM CURRENTLY WORKING OUT THE FINAL DETAILS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH A NEW OUTFIT AND IT MAY TAKE ME A COUPLE OF WEEKS TO BE COMPLETELY UP AND RUNNING.

AS EVERYONE OF YOU KNOWS, MY INTEGRITY IS MY MOST PRIZED POSSESSION. EVERYONE OF YOU ARE OF EXTREME AND EQUAL IMPORTANCE TO ME AND I ABSOLUTELY WILL BE ABLE TO SERVICE ALL OF YOUR NEEDS IN THE SAME FASHION AS I ALWAYS HAVE.

ALL YOU NEED TO HAVE IS THE SAME INFORMATION THAT YOU'VE HAD FROM DAY ONE: MY CELL NUMBER. PLEASE CALL OR TEXT ME AND FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME AT THIS ADDRESS. AGAIN, I SIMPLY ASK FOR JUST A LITTLE PATIENCE AND LOYALTY FROM YOU AS I AM GETTING A FEW THINGS WORKED OUT.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR LOYALTY....

CHIP WADOWSKI

BTW - One of the reasons Chip is no longer with Spectrum was that he was selling Chinese HGH on the side to his clients

SO - this looks like it could get really ugly really fast

Their website - Home - throws up red flags galore. Without contacting them it is obvious they are a scam.

The scary part of the e-mail is Chip saying - " I HAVE ALL OF YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS IN MY PERSONAL POSSESSION"

He's not a doctor - is this even legal for him to do????

That is scary! I do not know the state laws, but they will be important here. I am fairly certain the state will be the practice address of the treating physician.

I have used them in the past one time and received a email today from Spectrum stating.

Do not contact Chip since he will no longer be able to provide you with any of your needed medical services due to his termination by Spectrum. He is not a healthcare provider, not a physician, nor part of our medical facility so he has been notified that he may no longer contact you or maintain any medical information since this information is protected by HIPPA and only privileged to employees of Spectrum.

I did not receive a email from Chip yet.

I no longer deal with them but now I wonder if I can get in trouble? I have a medical need I now deal with a Dr that lives by me.

If people voluntarily filled out a medical history form and sent it to him, then there is nothing illegal about it. What would be illegal is for him to disclose information contained within those records or to transfer those documents to a third party without the patient's written consent, as specified by HIPAA.

As an aside, it's "HIPAA" (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), not "HIPPA" (a misspelling of the the first five letters of the word "hippopotamus"). ;)

That would typically be investigated by the FDA, not the DEA or FBI. The latter two agencies would be involved in issues of illegal/excessing prescribing and/or dispensing, or if the medication contamination was deliberate.

SO - this looks like it could get really ugly really fast

Indeed...

I don't have a bias either way, but by reading the info on this thread my intuition tells me that Chip wasn't the one that terminated the relationship and this is his way of retaliating against spectrum and trying to save his client base.

Since technically spectrum's operation is legal, they are no different from any other pharmacy, they are selling the same prescription grade stuff you'd get at walgreens which has much better quality control than anything on the black market. If it's causing infections, that would be a serious problem, and the manufacturer would be investigated by the FDA, not the DEA or FBI.

BTW, what were your complaints with spectrum's services? I was considering trying them or someone similar.

I'm curious about that as well. The gear provided by Spectrum (and other HRT firms) is being compounded by a pharmacy, so technically there is some oversight and accountability. What's the alternative? Buying crap from a UGL where you have no guarantee of what the stuff is, what its concentration is, what its purity is, whether it is sterile or not, etc. Or perhaps purchasing Rx gear that's been illegally diverted without a prescription is more appealing?

I have seen and heard nothing but great reviews about Spectrum and their main compounding pharmacy until I saw this thread. In my view, the only way to truly grade Spectrum is by the product they provide. All you have to do is a web search and you will find nothing but good reviews for Chip and Spectrum both. This latest development is troubling, but as for the quality of the meds they were providing, I've read nothing BUT good things about this "well known compounding pharmacy in Florida".

As to Spectrum Services and Chip - I have been advised by the President of the company that they (Spectrum) will be going to court on Monday to obtain a cease and desist order against Chip - I have also been advised that Chip was fired because he was selling Chinese hgh to his clients on the side - I have also been told that there are no investigations against Spectrum at this time

As to Chip - he was selling steroid cycles disguised as HRT - what use in anavar, nandrolone and testosterone propionate in TRT?? Does one use 600mgs of tst prop in TRT?? He was on several boards - most notably Steroidology - advising people to send him bloodwork and they would be prescribed whatever they needed - including hgh

As to Spectrum - at no time in my dealings with Chip did I ever have a phone consult with a doctor - Chip would basically "prescribe" what you needed and process the order - this sounds a lot like practicing medicine without a license although it was claimed that every prescription was "reviewed" by a doctor. Question - if a doctor sees prescriptions for hgh, nandrolone, stanozolol shouldn't he/she question it??

Afte the problems I had with Chip - including getting an e-mail offering to sell me blue top hgh - I contacted Spectrum and spoke to the president of the company - at that time they gave me a credit for what I had previously spent and promised me a phone consult with a doctor

The phone consult was a joke - IMO - Spectrum is located in Florida but called ID showed a NJ number for the Dr in question who proceeded to prescribe 20% 200mg/g testosterone cream AND 10mg of anavar as well

The anavar wrecked my blood lipids so that when I took a followup blood test and saw the results I immediately stopped taking it

The 20% cream elevated my testosterone levels so much that the Dr reduced it to a 10% cream the next time we spoke

He also prescribed 250ius of hcg 2x/week which is correct BUT Spectrum sent me an 11,000 iu bottle WITH NO bac water for reconstitution - apparently he doesn't know that hcg has a shelf life of only 30 days upon reconstitution

So - needless to say I stopped using them

Based upon my experiences with them I CANNOT recommend them for HRT purposes

Look at at the attached list and tell me if that looks like a legimitate HRT list??

This site is anything but professional and surely does NOT care about one's health. As I noted, there are red flags everywhere.

You have this one guy Victor spouting all this negative info about spectrum and Chip. How do you know if any of this info is correct? You have him posting a price list...What the hell?

I've used spectrum for years. They operate within and comply with FDA standards.

Perhaps Chip was a bad apple maybe he wasnt... Taking this one guys word and tarnishing Chips reputation and spectrums when you dont know all the facts is irresponsible. I know for a fact that Chip has helped hundreds of clients. I've talked and interacted with the guy many times while he and spectrum were sponsor on Ology.

Spectrum sponsored Ology, they paid the bills not Chip and just used his name.

All those orders that clients placed through Chip had to be approved by his superiors. For them to say that they knew nothing about it not true. Hell spectrum only has one Hrt doctor that prescribes everything. Their doctor is located in NJ..the home office is in Florida. Its not that hard to understand.

Almost every HRT clinic operates like this.

As for the list being a legit TRT list...it is NOT. It is a HRT list.... HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY. There are many people that could benefit from a small amount of DECA in their HRT regime.

Again they comply with all FDA regulations...

They dont break the law, they operate within its confines...

Says you. There is no place for nandrolone in HRT! At least I know (and others) where you are coming from. The thread stays. And I hope there are more posts about their "supposed" HRT.
