15 minute workout routines at home?

Hi All,

New here and liking it so far. Does anyone have a good 15-20 minute training workout to do throughout the week at home and before work in morning. Looking for something simple but effective. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Calisthenics would be the way to go for fitness training get your self a swiss ball and you can incorporate a lot of different workout angels.
 
A quick bout of stretching, followed by 3 sets of pushups, situps, curls and dips off the bathroom tub is a nice 15-20 min early morning workout to get the pump going
