I went on this vegan kick for about four months to try it out, and frankly, as I agree that the treatment of the animals was just horrific in factory farms, and their diets of soybeans and shit, while being injected with all this crap, doesn't help them or us...So eliminating the red meat, seem to have helped my digestion a bit as well. But when I started eating meat again, naturally started off with white meats, such as birds; I don't eat fish because I don't like it. But ethnically, birds are less intelligence, less sentient, and can't possibly have the emotional/mental capacities to suffer like mammals do; they are basically dinosaurs who are viscious fucks to each other.

Ever looked into therapeutic mushrooms? There’s a better term for the treatment than that, but look up Dakota meyer and how he dealt with his PTSD. It was a clinical application of psychoactive drugs that actually cured his PTSD. It’s known to cure the most severe cases of PTSD in just 2 or 3 sessions

I've done shrooms, ketamine, DMT lol. Thing is, my PTSD is also knowing that my life has been lies for the most part, specifically the wars and how fucked up our country is becoming. But let's not digress. I have improved for sure over teh years, but some reminants of the PTSD remain, specially a physical anxiety and dreams, etc.

Have you heard of Dakota Meyer and his story? If it helped him I imagine it’ll help goddamn near anyone. Without going into to much detail about my personal life, I’m willing to bet I’ve experienced most of the same stuff as you (I’m not making this a pissing contest, I’m trying to connect/sympathize) as I was directly involved in the take over of the city of Marjah, Afghanistan in February of 2010 as part of RCT-7. War takes a mental toll and really fucks with you, but you have to figure out how to be the best version of yourself for your family and friends. Your mental health doesn’t just fuck with you, it fucks worth everyone around you too.

Do you measure yourself? No, I don't mean your dick!! Your muscle stats. I have a spreadsheet I keep all my measurements in. Thighs, calves, arms, forearms, chest, net, stomach, waistline, glutes, shoulders. All cold flex. I have been doing this for about 18 months now, once per month (sometimes more often when on cycle as I can literally see the water and nitrogen retention gains in muscular circumference measurements over the course of a week or two).

On top of that I do skin fold caliper measurements for love handles and stomach. I really don't have any fat anywhere else so that's all I do.

If you don't. Get a soft tape measure and start measuring. Then you can quantify rather than looking at pics and trying to figure it if you are fuller or not.
These were my stats when I started this log:

Age 37
5'11
223 lbs
Chest: 48"
Arms: 17.5"
Legs: 26.5"
Calves: 16.5"
BF % = everyone estimated around 18 or so.
 
Update: Just ordered some more Deca from PPL, enough so I can actually go to 2g per week if I wanted to when I run out at week 10 lol. We'll see how I feel by then.

I also got some more Primo and Test C, so for the summer I can run Test, Tren, Primo.
 
I wasnt talking about permanent damage to thyroid, i said about its detrimental effects on your physique. I dont need more than 50-100mcg t4 to get in competition shape and the times i tried more than 25mcg t3 was flat as hell, no pump, water retention due to adrenal fatigue and losing muscle at fast rate.

Once again, do what you want but 50mcgt3 is excessive
Thyroid hormone at 100mcg day made me flatter than a pancake and that was despite a good whack of gear at the time!

I ran the plan by my friend who is also a coach and he green lit it. It's a shit ton of calories, and I've never eaten this amount of food before, so that alone should blow me up. So that's a huge change to this experiment.

He also insisted on getting on GH. I recently dropped it, but he says it is critical to this bulk. He has taken both Opti and Goodlyfe, and he then discovered Qingdao, whose kits are 55 a piece, and said that he couldn't tell the difference, so I'll be ordering kits from them. Domestically they are only 70, to avoid the wait, and start blasting 10ius of generic a day. If they are the same quality as Goodlyfe, 10iu should bring my IGF-1 levels to nearly ~800.

As for supps, he told me to get dextrose, EAAs, glutamine, and create for intra and PWO. I just dropped $200 on all that getting kilos of everything from Bulk Supps via Amazon.

Granted, I may not be super lean enough to bulk, but I'm fine with getting a bit fat to really get the most out of this Deca. I also ordered more raws so I can go up to 1.5 grams, or even 2grams if I really want to push it.

I'll be going to Costco today to stock up on the red meats and eggs, and we will begin this insane bulk next Monday.

So this is going to get interesting lol.

@Qingdao Sigma Chemicals is on this board. I'm trying to pay for my 10 kits as we speak lol.

I've done both. But I rather use the same slin pin twice in the same day doing SubQ, than toss a pin because going IM. I've never gotten any issues loading up my slin pin and using it multiple times SubQ since forever. But I dont' think that would fly with IM.

I commend you on getting off the fence. Although, I would have cut down to 12% first, that’s neither here nor there. Curious to see your cals/macros, is it possible to share that? I’ve done multiple IM with the same needle, load up in AM, pin half, return to fridge, pin the rest later, wouldn’t recommend it, per se, but, no issues.

I would like to be leaner too, but it's winter time and now's the time put on size. I'll also be on 10ius ED which should jack my IGF-1 to nearly 800, so that BETTER do something for recompping. Also, we are implementing some cardio if necessary to make sure I stave off any fat that is creeping up. Besides, if I put a ton of muscle on, it should help recomp on its own, and when this bulk is over, I'll have Tren E, Test, Primo and t3 to run.

I would love to share the info, but he's doing me a favor and I'm not gonna give out his methods for free; defeats the point of building a business lol.
