That's not "super high protein."Coach is a super-high protein guy, too, but I want my carbs to be higher. Protein is 1g per lb, while carbs are much higher.

I'm saying he himself is... and we started off with 2g per pound lol...wayyy too much for me. I said I wanted to go 1g per pound and up the carbs. That's not "super high protein."
yes, ive monitored BG with a glucometer and its a bit over 100 fasted, which sucks... I've gotten 105, 107, 100, 97... The insulin has helped with that putting me at 91. I haven't tested my t4. But I don't think glucomenters are that accurate, in fact, they are allowed 15% error margin either way.Have you tested your fasting blood glucose level and your T4?
Correct, t4 optimizes the GH anyway, even 75mcg/day will work(for lower dose GH, that is) 10iu/day, T4 almost guaranteed to tank. Most of us find on blood tests that even small amounts of growth hormone drive our t4 levels down, but a blood test will tell you for sure.
well I then I'm gonna have to get my hands on some t4... I do have t3 and could by pass the process, but then I'd be shutting down my own t3 production. Who has legit t4 on this board?Correct, t4 optimizes the GH anyway, even 75mcg/day will work(for lower dose GH, that is) 10iu/day, T4 almost guaranteed to tank.
T3 won’t work, it’s your T4 that takes a dump(long explanation, its all in here) @SkankHunt has some, I believe, @ExpressPCT as well.well I then I'm gonna have to get my hands on some t4... Pic of hard-on or GTFOHappy New Year everyone.
the ~3600 cals has been perfect, and the issues I was having with waking up wanting to throw up and all are gone. The meals are now easier to get down, so the drol wasn't the problem completely it seems. In fact, I feel it's time to increase the drol to 100mg a day, keeping all other drugs the same.
Workouts are great; I just murder one body part a day with high volume, and just barely heal a week later. So I will be staying with M-F bro split, with weekends off.
And yes my dick still works just fine after 8+ weeks of high deca and zero test.

sooo no bad mental effects from Deca? Many say it causes them emotional problems.lol right
The only thing I can say I notice, is perhaps a detachment affect, like nothing really bothers me and I'm just chill. And I have no sex drive, but can easily have sex when I feel like it.sooo no bad mental effects from Deca? Many say it causes them emotional problems.
Well, the new year may require me to get bloodwork for my VA check up, we'll see if that falls in while I'm on the cycleWill you be getting bloods done? I’m intrigued to see what kind of numbers you’d pull with this kind of stack. Thx.
IF you ran tren alone, I'm certain the deca only will be way easier.Braver man than me - absolutely no way on earth would I try run Deca without at least double it in Test mg's. I would rather run trenbolone by itself which I more or less did do in the early days by running a trenbolone prohormone. I have known someone else do this in the past - he did 2 grams Deca P/W solo and felt fine on it but I guess its all down to how it affects you personally.
Nick Walker is my current favourite BBer - I've followed him for years mainly due to the insane amounts of weight he can lift. Now he just looks like some kind of cartoon character, dedication is second to none. Whether he will live to see 40 is debateable but whilst he is here he is defo making an impact.100mg of anadrol today... Can't even do bent over barbell rows because lower back gets too pumped; I had to adapt and work around this issue, but everything else is good to go.
My strength has increased, however, I can't compare to my older lifts because I have changed my rep tempo in the last several weeks, similar to Nick Walkers, lowering weight to make this possible. Doing so I can much better contractions and damage to the muscle tissue, without risking injury throwing around super-heavy weights.
Yea, its scary how fast he grew lol. But he mentioned how he has grown by changing his tempo instead of throwing weights around. He is using pussy weight compared to what he could use. I don't know if Nick has ever been injured, but I believe his current training will insure he won't get injured, that is, if his heart doesn't explode first lol.Nick Walker is my current favourite BBer - I've followed him for years mainly due to the insane amounts of weight he can lift.
