1g tren 700mg test prop for 12 weeks - 7lbs pure muscle realistic ?

my workout is

mon - push - chest,shoulders,triceps
tue - pull - back and bi
wed - legs
thurs - push - chest,shoulders,triceps
fri pull - back and bi
sat - legs
sun - rest
 
I am under 5 ten and 230 lbs. I was 202 in the pic on my avatar. I am currently 230 lbs. I posted pics recently. This guy would make a good Chippendale dancer, he would get crushed in a typical NPC show. You are blinded by your obviously amorous feelings for this guy. He simply does not have much muscle mass. He has absolutely no lats or back, and very small arms. 20 inches, are you serious? He is 15, 15.6 tops. I carry more muscle in my tri's than his arms (my arms ARE actually 20 inches).

Every other claim is true, and can be verified. We will need to get pumping iron in on this, since I certainly do not wan't to post my face. As mentioned, he is close. He can look at my pics, and verify that they are me, and also take a look at the trophies. They were 18.5 years ago, but you can tell it is me. Also, at my ripe age I am 230 lbs, w/ about an 11-12% bf level.
 
1 year goal

Chest grow 3.3 inch
Biceps grow 1.3 inch
Waist loose half inch

While it's good to set goals you are putting too much emphasis on measurements. You are going to have to learn how your body responds and then make adjustments. It's not like you plug in X amount of gear and out pops a body with certain dimensions. That's why you need to keep it simple for the first cycle so you can learn how to adjust.

Also, the bigger you get the harder it becomes to grow. So don't divide it up evenly. It's a lot easier to go from a 14in arm to a 15in arm than it is to go from a 17in arm to an 18in arm.

my maintence is 3500 cals - your suggesting eating at a 1500 cal surplus even on 500mg tren a , i would gain fat of that , i want to maintain or loose fat but gain 7lbs solid muscle.

You will gain some fat, but not that much if you time your nutrients properly. You should easily put on more than 10 lbs of muscle w/ correct eating and training.

Look at Dorian Yates' training philosophy. You should easily put on at least 15 lbs a year for a couple of years. Out of that you may pick up 5 lbs in Bfat, but that can be removed in less than a month.

Do heavy compound movements like Squats and dead-lifts., use extremely high intensity, then eat, sleep grow. Your emphasis should be on getting bigger right now, and doing so naturally. Max that out (4-5 years)

The beauty about doing so is that you will keep all that muscle, then when you juice you will build upon that base.

Fuck off, I never said I had an amazing physique, I'm 52, 6'0, 225 with BF about 15% and I've only done 2 cycles in my life the first at 51. I just got back into it a few years ago. At 41 I was bigger and stronger than I am now natty. You are on gear year round, and have been for years, but you sure as hell don't have 20in arms.

Now you can say whatever you want about z, but the simple fact is he looks better than you ever did and ever will.

I tell you what, you could be on gear for 20 years straight, and never look like me, because you, I am sure, train like a pussy. This is a bodybuilding forum, not NAMBLA (North America Man Boy Love Association). Bodybuilders should have lots of size, especially in the back and legs (of course they train chest and bis, but these are easy bodyparts). People who only train chest and bis (like your love object) do so because they are relatively easy body parts. Your love child has no back whatsoever because he does not have the work ethic necessary for that part of the body.

In regards to gear, I have a rule: however long I am on, I take that much time off. From 43 to almost 48 I was completely natural. I have trained 37 years, nearly 30 naturally. I did not touch gear until I was 30 and shifted from drug tested shows to the big leagues. (NPC) I bust my ass in the gym nearly every day. I have trained w/ broken legs, compound fractures to my cheekbone and a host of other injuries.

I am 51. Train w/ me and I will bury you, guaranteed. Today I did 25 sets of heavy back/traps/rear delts in 25 minutes (like a cross fit workout w/ heavier weights).

I did lat pulldown 240 lbs supersetted w/the narrow grip lat pulldowns at 230 lbs. I kept my reps around 10. I had 8 45 lb plates on the seated shrug machine, Did 15 reps seated, then stood up and got another standing. I did so 3 times, w/ no rest. Bent over laterals were started at 50 lbs, for 11 reps, then 45, then 40, then 35.
