1mg Arimidex too high?

Take the testosterone and HCG on the same days and your Arimidex on the same days.

Is this for convenience? I vaguely recall a Crissler protocol which used hCG and Test on different days but don't remember the rationale.

i find it better to split arimidex up every other day for more stable influx and not being such a huge difference imo , again everyone is different and dialing in e2 can be a problem,, dialing it in ,,@ lower/moderate (@200 mg) doses of "trt" for example ,, impe,,, .

Good info thanks! I'm curious to see what my e2 levels are right now, I just hate having to quarter the pills, they're already pretty small I feel like they just don't quarter very well lol

90% of older people need .5mg arimidex for every 100mg testosterone to keep e2 below 40. I'd take. 25 mg arimidex with every 50mg testosterone shot. This is where I would start even with the HCG. But I wouldn't take more than 500 IU HCG twice a week. Take the testosterone and HCG on the same days and your Arimidex on the same days.

This is actually very good info, I switched to 750mg of HCG total divided into 3 shots...it's probably better to just do shots twice a week of the 500 on the days I take my TRT dose. Ends up being more HCG total but the taking the Arimidex on the same day should make it easier(don't have to pin as much). I thought that the e2 from the HCG is unaffected by the Arimidex since it's in your testes.

I am also planning on not taking HCG for a 1-2 weeks and then getting e2 checked again to see how it affects my e2 levels.

I was honestly surprised my e2 was so high with just 100mg a week of TRT with the HCG.

Trt doctor directions for e2 control of test and hcg. I'm sure other methods work but this one does and it's simple.

This is good information. Thanks. I wonder why the TRT clinic can't give me an answer like this when I ask them? They just say "take about .25mg with every shot". Then when my e2 is high "probably just a fluke keep the dose the same"

The .5mg of Arimidex for every 100mg of testosterone is the cookie cutter dose that my Trt Dr said works with most people. First he looks at pre trt labs.....if your over 40 and e2 pre trt is like 39 ish he said your probably gonna need Arimidex. So then he puts patients on the cookie cutter dose. Next looks at labs 6 weeks in. If e2 is in range no adjustment needed on the cookie cutter dose. I didn't need adjustment ....e2 was like 37 on 200 testosterone a week with .5mg arimidex every 100mg testosterone shot. So I responded perfectly to his cookie cutter dose. Now I use this math for 1g of testosterone . 1mg of Arimidex every 200mg testosterone shot. E2 is always 35-41 ish. Libido sky high. Need sex every day. If I add in 525 npp a week I take .25mg arimidex extra with every 75mg npp daily shot. I find npp doesn't aromatize much but I still need a bit more to keep e2 in range and prolactin down.

I noticed from trt bloodwork ....hcg raised testosterone about 300 points. So no hcg 900 total testosterone on 200 a week. With hcg on same trt dose total testosterone is 1200ish.
