Day 29 -
Calories are between 5500 and 6000 a day. Weight is right at 235 (up 15 since start). Gaining bodyfat with the muscle so I think that I've been a little on the high side with the calories since it takes a few weeks for the sust to really kick in. Diet is really clean so I'm pretty sure its just the abundance of calories. At least I'm used to the dedication it takes to shove that much food in your mouth day in and day out. Strength is up in all lifts and aggression/libido is noticeably higher. Starting to get asked about how I'm getting bigger and my response is always "i'm getting fat!" (followed by a laugh and a quick departure). So here are the pics, through 4 weeks, cold. Btw, does anybody know of an editing program that can put my progress pics side by side so it's easier for everyone to judge?
