Tanning? Hahaha, either the lighting or high blood pressure, but definitely not a tan.

I know I'm bigger because I've put on 15 pounds in a month, but I expected to see a bigger difference in these side-by-sides. Left side is day 1, right side is day 29.

It's official. The thread title is now wrong.

Today I pinned mast to and will add it to the sust at 100mgs EOD. I'll continue the sust at 300mgs on monday and 300mgs on thursday until gone (3 weeks) and then up the mast to 150mgs EOD and add test prop at 150mgs EOD for 36 days. Total cycle will look like this:

Week / Weapon / Dose / Frequency / Total Per Week

1-8 Sust 300mgs 2x/week 600mgs

5-8 Mast 100mgs EOD 350mgs

9-13 Mast 150mgs EOD 525mgs

9-13 Test Prop 150mgs EOD 525mgs


I will run HCG at 500 IU per week during the last 2 weeks of the test and mast and then 500 IU per day for 7 days starting the day after my last pin. Nolva at 40mgs per day for 7 days starting three days after last pin, 20mgs per day for 3 weeks, and then 20 mgs EOD for 8 days.

The pct may be slight overkill for a 13 week cycle, but I will be getting routine bloodwork done and will be posting and checking the results with Dr. Scally and Bill Roberts. I'll tweak PCT as I go depending on the results.

I will continue to eat 6000 clean calories per day and hit the gym like it stole my lunch money so stay tuned for the updates including pictures in a week.
 
Day 43 - Start of week 7. At day 35 I added masteron to my cycle at 100mgs EOD. I will continue at this dose until I run out of sust (soon) and then increase to 150mgs EOD while I backload with test prop at 150mgs EOD. For those of you who are following this and DO NOT know what you are doing yet, the purpose of backloading with a short esther such as test p is to bridge the gap between the last sust pin and the beginning of pct. For example, there is a 3-4 week gap between one's last pin of sust and the beginning of pct. This is due to the 1 long esther in sust. But the 1 short esther, 1 short-medium esther, and 1 medium esther that comprise two-thirds of your sust, are out of your system long before you start pct. This creates a fluctuation in test levels resulting in low enough test for a couple weeks to lose gains, but not low enough to start pct yet. The answer to this problem is backloading. With the test p I can keep my test levels consistent and also start pct right around the same time I would have originally, without the test yo-yo and lost gains.

Anyway, the mast has had a pronounced effect in the last week. My aggression is way up, but I have struggled in the past with a horrible temper so I have been quite successful at managing my anger. I still feel it intensely, but because I also feel the spotlight on me, I force myself to show nothing. If you have not mastered your emotions yet, mast is NOT for you. I'm breaking out pretty bad, oily skin all the time, head itches most of the time, and balls are starting to shrink (will be starting an HCG regimen this week).

Now for the good effects I've felt in the past week. My libido is unbelievably high, and my sexual performance is mindblowing. My wife wears out before me, and I'm doing most of the work. I seriously can't get enough. My strength is starting to explode as well. Weights that I used pre-cycle for my 5x5 workouts I am now putting up 12-15 times for 3 sets or more, depending on how much time I have. I'm not really going a lot heavier yet because I'd like to give my tendons and ligaments a couple weeks with moderate-heavy weight and increased volume. I feel this will keep myself healthy and prepare my muscles and connective tissues for the jumps in weight that I will pour on in about 10-14 days. But either way, I am absolutely tossing around weights that I previously struggled with.

And now for the stats. I'm at 241 lbs, probably the same bodyfat as when I started, which is actually less than a couple of weeks ago. If you've been following, you'd know that I had put on a few fat pounds early on in the cycle because I was eating so much before the sust had really kicked in, but I think I have actually shed that fat and I'm back to my original bf. Bottom line, I'm up 21 pounds and I'm only halfway through my cycle! I will attribute about 7-9 pounds to water-weight, but that still leaves 12-14 pounds of lean muscle in just 6 weeks. And I'm just now getting to the good stuff as far as gains go! Needless to say, I'm thrilled wtih my current progress. Alright, enough with the essay, here's the updated pics.

Hey man I can relate i have run high doses of gear before buT i have noticed a little more agression this cycle I like the Mas but will prolly try to get my body fat lower before i run it again

Your results are much more pronouned now you can tell your chest and traps have deffinatly come up, glad to see things look good
 
Quick update. Day 50.

Been eating an insane amount of food recently, and decided to have my first cheat day yesterday. Literally the first time since I started my cycle that I decided to eat whatever the hell I wanted all day. I probably had 10,000 calories yesterday, no exagerration at all. I thought that it would stretch my stomach out and I wouldn't be able to eat enough today, but the opposite has proved true. I am having trouble eating enough today, even though I am hungry, I start to eat and then feel full right away. Fucking sucks, but it is a good lesson.... no more cheat days.

Weight was 244 at the gym today AFTER my workout. Probably had the best back workout of my life today. Everyday I lift I am going heavier for more reps than the previous week. I feel absolutely beastly when I get my pumps, which are so full I look like I'm having an allergic reaction.[:o)]

Sex drive is absolutely insatiable. My wife was loving it a week ago, but now she is sore all the time and doesn't want to say no, so she just sucks it up like a champion. If I were a better husband, I would give her some time off, but fuck that, I am too fucking horny, and she is too fucking hot.

Aggression is intense but manageable. Just knowing that I will be blowing the whistle on myself if I rage out makes me act cool as the other side of the pillow.

Had a family reunion this past weekend, and nobody would shutup about how huge I was. The last time half of them saw me was for my first cagefight, and I cut down from 186 to 170 for that fight. Now I'm 245 and solid.[:o)] I just kept pointing to my belly and saying how fat I was and how much I eat. Laughing it off and joking around is the way to go, draws no suspicion and makes it hard for someone to accuse anything. Actually had an uncle ask if I was using steroids, to which I said "Absolutely. I'm shooting bull-jizz directly into my bloodstream twice a day. [laugh raucously]".

Ran out of sust last thursday, so I have started my test prop. Anybody have any guesses on what changes I'll see/feel?
 
Day 64ish?,

Been on test p and mast p for about 2 1/2 weeks now and I am happy with the strength gains and pumps, but weight has really leveled off now. Weighed in at 246 earlier this week and I was pretty bummed but after a bf measurement and some honest critique by myself and my wife, I realized that I am still making gains but my body composition is changing. A little less water weight, a little less fat, and a few extra pounds of muscle = same weight but different body. Not to mention that at some point I knew that the weight gain would level off, seeing as I've put on 26 solid pounds in a little over two months.

Strength is ridiculous still, and I find myself having to restrain myself from wanting to push crazy weights, as an injury at this point would really suck. Regardless, I'm throwing up weights that I would have considered my 1RM this summer for 3-5 sets of 8-12. It is truly remarkable and increasing difficult to hide from my workout partners and employees of the gym. But as always, loose lips sink ships, so deny deny deny.

I had been shooting 175mgs of test prop EOD alongside 125mgs mast prop, but the 3ml pins were becoming increasingly cumbersome and sore, so I have recently started pinning 1ml test p ED alongside .5ml mast p ED. Slighlty higher total test but lowered the mast so we will see if I notice any change at all besides the easier pins.

While I know that most vets would say pick a cycle and stick to it, and there is a ton of logic behind that, I am going to tweak my cycle for the second time soon. I have recently found out that my job will take me away from the states and any type of consistent life or schedule for the better part of the next 3 years. Having said that, I have decided to throw some winny in for the last 28 days of the cycle to help solidy some gains and really end strong. I will be running 50mgs ED and see how I react. If there isn't too much joint pain, I will up it to 75 or even 100mgs depending on how I feel. I'll keep y'all updated on that.

PCT is still being designed at the moment, as I am trying to compile as much data as possible from the opinions and studies posted by Dr. Scally and Conciliator. I'm still leaning towards a nolva only PCT, consisting of 40/20/20/20/20/10/10. I have been using HcG E3D at 250mgs and the boys, if they ever were atrophied, are definitely at full girth. But size is not what is important here, it is the priming of the testes to be ready for the HPTA restart.

Man, your arms seriously look alot bigger. I haven't read through the entire thread yet but did you take measurements before and after? Any ways, good job man your looking huge.
 
No disrespect but you were no way near your potential in the first pics. You had a lot of room to grow. I dont think you should have hit the juice.

You just needed to workout how to go to the next level without juice. It is possible but requires training smarter whoich comes with experience, hanging with knowledgeable and expereinced people, not 'bros' on these boards. My best advice came from a retired man who was a lifetime drug free lifter, he had a wealth of real world apllicacble expereince mounting to some 50 years. Most'Bros' on the internet are usually as confused as are. But now there is no turning back. You are now a juicer. So all you can do now is do things proper.

Did you take baseline testosterone test? Make sure you take one during PCT like DR scally advocates.

Used to be. Got a really good job that doesn't afford me the time to fight but I still train because I love it. Been boxing and wrestling since I was a little kid but switched to muay thai and jiu-jitsu about 6 years ago. Done some judo and a little sambo. Still think that muay-thai, jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and boxing are the 4 most important disciplines in mma, but I am biased:D.

Thanks man. Didn't post it on here, but my arms were 17" cold before the cycle. Haven't measured anything since I started as I don't want to see a whole bunch of small gains, just the big picture at the end. 28 days left so we will find out soon.

Its hard to look at a picture and determine the persons genetic make-up and whether or not they are at or nearing their natural potential. Sometimes its easy, other times, as in my case, not so much.
It looked like I had a lot of room to grow because I am 6'2" with long arms, long legs, and a genetically flat chest, but the truth iis that I am a classic ectomorph and all of my joints are very small. I graduated high school 9 years ago at 6'2" 160lbs of shredded muscle. Throughout college I stayed at 165-170 and shredded due in large part to wrestling. But it took 4 years of dedication after college to hit the 220 mark. I stayed at 220 for about 6 months even though I tried powerlifting, german volume training, HST, 5x5, and increased calories up to 4500-5000 per day and saw only minor fluctuations in weight. Nothing could push me past 220 except for bf.
My dad is my height and about 190. My brother is 6'0" 160 and shredded to the bone still though he doesn't diet or do cardio and he is 31 years old. My mom used to be a triathlete and still is in great shape. There is nobody in my immediate or extended family that is not an ectomorph or some combination of an ectomorph. Believe me, I am a mutant in my family now that I am 246.
I am the first one to jump on here and tell a skinny young kid that he is nowhere near ready to use and that he has a lot of "filling out" to do. But I know my body very well after a lifetime of athletics, and I was ready.

Did you take any Testosterone readings? Have you had a heart ultrsound? Did you get one before?

Did you take cholestrol readings before and after? What about Liver?

I feel in this day and age if you gonna juice you should test, its accessible now but was not when i was juicing.
