Running my first cycle of var. Been running 10 mgs (capsules) muscles are noticibly harder underneath but i have added alot of puff. Tried to go up to 20 mgs and completely puffed out all over ALOT and was constantly bloated. I went back down to 10 mgs and the bloat went back down but not completely gone. Is this normal for var or could it be something else? Trying to decide if i should just stick it out or stop. Currently training 6 days a week plus 3 - 4 days doing hit cardio for 15 mins. 5' 7.5 and 163 pounds.
