1st cycle test e and tbol

Just got back from overseas, So I am starting my first cycle tomorrow of pharmacon:
600test e (300x2 a week) for 12 weeks
50mg tbol weeks 1-6
Adex .5eod

Current stats 188 5'10 13%bf

Training will be:
Chest
Back
Rest
Shoulders/squats for power
Arms and upper chest
Legs

Diet will be 270g protein, can someone help with carbs and fats?

End goal is to compete in a physique show next March but bulking currently.

For pct I have clomid.
 
First injection was smooth I was a little shaky but I did my right glute and wasn't bad at all. I took 2 tbol this morning. I'm taking the other three at night. Is this a good split up? I hear a lot of people like 2 hours before workout
 
Chest day today. I again took 2tbol when I woke up and one right before my workout. I'll take the other two tonight.
For chest I did:

Incline db press: 50sx10 70x10 90sx8 90x7 90x6dropset 50x8

Decline machine press superset with cables from the middle: 90lbs each side with 25 each side on cables 10-12 reps for 3 sets

Incline smith machine: 135x10 185x8 155x10 155x10

Flat dumbbell press: 70sx8 60sx10 60sx10
 
You want to be hitting a lot more carbs and protein than that

At the moment I'm hitting up 30g of protein every 2 hours X amount of shakes meals and shit loads of oats brown pasta brown rice

Aim for 400g+ protien
Aim for 500g+ Carbs

I work out 3 days on 1 day off 1 day "push" 1 day "pull"
 
400 protein? I was going to up to 320 and bodyfat was over estimated I got it done im at 188 11% I have a full 4 pack with faint bottom two and pinch caliber says 11

the dude weighs 188lb those macros alone equal 3600 calories...
 
I can only go off what I have done, And for me this has worked very well for me over the past 12 weeks, I was 10st 9lb I now weigh, In the morning after a big fat shit and no food in me 13st 3lb 0oz 15%bf

Back day

Deadlifts: 135x10 225x10 315x10 405x6 485x3 485x1

Pull-ups wide grip: 4setsx10

Wide grip lat pull down: 130x8 3 sets

Yates rows: 135x10 185x6 135x12

Superset rope cable rows with straight arm pullover using rope on cable. 3sets of 10
 
I would think that the active half life of tbol would be the same as dbol. If this is true I would take the dose twice a day at the same time everyday. I was taking 50mg dbol split in 2 dosages. I took one at 1030am an the other dose at 330pm. That way it was steady in my blood stream from 1030am to 830pm assuming the active Half Life is 5hrs that is. This seemed to work great for me so that's how I would do it.

Also anyone have Strech mark advice? I have a nasty one in my right arm pit I got from my years of training. I'm worried about getting a bunch of others.
