1st cycle test e and tbol

Day 4 shoulders and power squats:

Squats: 135x10 225x5 275x5 315x2 315x2

Db shoulder press: 50sx12 60x10 65x8 [65x8 dropset with 30sx10]

Machine lateral raise 4x15

Rope pulls: 3x12

Cable rope front raised 3x12

Seated db lateral raise superset with seated bent over db reverse fly: 3x15

Had a crazy shoulder pump. Could this be the tbol? Or am I placebo it cause my shoulders looked beast. Been feeling tired lately but that's because I'm sick. Protein has been at 300g I'll check weight at the 1 week mark.
 
Had a question about oil leaking out of an injection. If a little oozes out and there's no blood is that okay? Did I not go deep enough

What gauge and length of pins are you using? I'm no expert, so take this for what its worth. I don't think its really going to hurt if a little oozes out. I'm the same way, don't wanna waste a drop.

I use 23, 1.5 im only going half way in on shoulders. And it's just like a drop or a trickle. In glute I went all the way.

Use what ya got, but next time I would get 25ga 5/8" or 1" for your shoulders. Hell, you can even use 25ga 1-1/2" on your glutes. If you use a smaller ga, less scar tissue, I'm sure ya know that.

Will do thanks. I'm rotating Glutes quads and delts so it won't be for a long time before I hit the same spot twice
 
Day 5: arms/upper chest

Close grip bench 4 sets 185x8 with a drop set at the end.

Machine preacher curl 4x10 with a dropset

Tricep rope push down: 3x12

One arm preacher db curl: 3x12

Tricep rope extension overhead: 3x12

Rope curls: 3x12

Upper chest was 4x12 smith machine press on incline and 3x15 incline db flies
 
Day 6: legs

Squats 135x10 225x10 275x6 275x6 275x6

Front squats: 135x10 185x6 185x6 185x6

Hammy curl: 5x12

Leg press: 360x15 540x15 720x8 720x8

Calves: 3x20
 
Day 8: Chest

Incline DB: 50sx12 70sx12 100sx8 100sx6 80sx9dropset 40sx7

Land mine press supersetted with cables middle height: 3x10

Dips: 3xexhaust

Flat machine press supper settled with pec dec upper grip: 3x10
 
Anyone have any solid rear delt tips/exercises I think mine are starting to lag

Same here , I've never really hit them directly but I've started to walk by the mirror and think to myself.. Damn my front delts are looking massive , and rears not so much. I've started to hit them 2x a week , once on back day and once with shoulders. Tbh I've just never even really thought about them so I'm sure putting a little focus there should help out immensely.
