I don't know what you call these but you get a cable in each hand and kneel in the middle and pull them in from each side. 4x12

Wide grip cable row: 3x12
 
Day 11: Shoulders

Seated BB press: 95x10 135x8 155x6 135x8 135x6dropset with 95x5 pause reps

Db Lateral fly superset with cables for rear delts: 3x15

One arm land mine press: 3x8

Machine lateral raises superset with reverse pec deck 3x12

Skipped squats for power today cause I've been sick these last couple days. My pump was crazy today I've never been this big.

Got my first back pump tonight laying in bed after my shower. I heard taurine is supposed to help. Anyone have any tips?
 
Taurine can definitely help. Try eating a banana every day pre workout as well. I've never had them just randomly laying like that, always during a workout.

Just got back from overseas, So I am starting my first cycle tomorrow of pharmacon:
600test e (300x2 a week) for 12 weeks
50mg tbol weeks 1-6
Adex .5eod

Current stats 188 5'10 13%bf

Training will be:
Chest
Back
Rest
Shoulders/squats for power
Arms and upper chest
Legs

Diet will be 270g protein, can someone help with carbs and fats?

End goal is to compete in a physique show next March but bulking currently.

For pct I have clomid.

Thanks my PR is 515. But I trained my deadlift like a powerlifter, once a week, then did rack pulls or block pulls a different day. I let my strength slide by just once a week, but my goal is physique so Idc about my numbers anymore just aesthetics haha.

Wicked back pump.going to start taking taurine to help. I decided to wait til the two week mark to check weight
 
Anyone have any solid rear delt tips/exercises I think mine are starting to lag
I like to use the dual adjustable cable machine that bro's use for chest flys and do reverse flyes for rear delts or you can use a pec dec machine backwards if your gym has one with hand grips instead of the pads where you put your forearms if you dont have machines dumbell reverse flys work aswell standing or seated i switch them up i notice when i do them together i cant lift as much or for as many reps but the pump i get is a lot more than if i do them seperately face pulls are also a killer i sometimes superset reverse cable flys with facepulls for a crazy rear delt pump. I have the exact opposite problem my rear delts are blown up and my fronts are tiny :(

I'll give that a shot next shoulder day. I decided to throw some in during back day as well
 
When I was able to go to the gym I would hit rear delts with shoulders and back especially if you think theyre lagging

i was told they were fine but I really want them to Pop a bit more since my front and lateral definitely overpower the rear in size
 
Day 14: chest

Incline BB: 135x10 185x6 225x6 225x6 185x10dropset 135x8

decline press machine supersetted with pec dec. 3x10 with 3x15 and a dropset on the third set for both

Cables with a incline bench in the middle flys: 3x12

Flat DB press: 3x10

I checked weight. Only 195.25 but I was dehydrated I think. That's only a 1lbs gain last week. Should I up my tbol dose to 60? And up some more protein and carbs? Attached is a 2 week picture. Ignore my abs haha I just chugged a shake right before the picture.

What are your calories at right now? If youre on a full out bulk just eat more. Youre tdee at 195 is ~2900 which would be maintenance add 500 to that to grow proteins should be 340+ per day I would say along with carbs which would leave u with 76g fats and put you right at 3400 calories a day... this is how i do things but I personally havent ran a cycle yet so im not sure how much nutrition differs when on
