Deadlifts: built up to 505 did one then rested and got another pretty easy

Pull-ups wide grip 3x15

Behind the neck pulldown: 4x10

Superset bent over double one handed double row with inclune dumbbell rows: 3x10x10

Pull-up machine superset wide grip with neutral grip. 3x10x10

Preacher curl machine: 4x15

Day 50 rest
 
Just got back from overseas, So I am starting my first cycle tomorrow of pharmacon:
600test e (300x2 a week) for 12 weeks
50mg tbol weeks 1-6
Adex .5eod

Current stats 188 5'10 13%bf

Training will be:
Chest
Back
Rest
Shoulders/squats for power
Arms and upper chest
Legs

Diet will be 270g protein, can someone help with carbs and fats?

End goal is to compete in a physique show next March but bulking currently.

For pct I have clomid.

How do you intend to consume 270 gms of protein a day? Be specific bc such detail usually dictates how the remaining FAT and CARBS will be proportioned.

Haha I'll post a pic when I get home. Does Adex make them stand out more? I had my girlfriend examen and they aren't puffy as much as they're sticking out more. Hard to describe. No itching, no lumps

I don't think so. Its probably your imagination...you should find a way to get blood work done if its really bother ya...I would say. Don't let her play with 'em...unless you like that shit...freak!!! Lol

Db press: hit 80s again for 6 easy then did sets of 15.

Lateral raises 4x15

Rope pulls with bent over cable flys: 3x12

Straight bar front raise 3x12

Day 52 arms

Superset rope pushdown with rope overhead: 3x12 with a dripset

Superset machine preacher and chin-ups 3x12 with a dropset

Superset dip machine with dumbbell curls 3x12 with a dropset
 
Damn fella you really need to have someone check out those BIG BLACK "moles" on your right pectoral region and the left lower lateral chest wall.

I's STRONGLY suggest you stay OUT OF THE SUN until a biopsy is done!!

Hey, I have started running the cyp and tbol along with a prop kicker for the first 20 days. PM me if you have questions, don't want to hijack the thread. But I will add I think international is the way to go, saves hella money, get promotion in the store, and chances of seizure are still very low. Plus they guarantee reship if it happens.
 
The V-taper ya got going on is impressive!! Arms lookin' bigger (I know ya just trained 'em...but still). Imo ya gonna do great in a physique show.
Thanks I got til next spring so hopefully come in with a solid physique Id like to place at my first one. That's the goal

Flat db press: 50x15 80x15 115x12 115x12 115x8with dropset

Inclune cable flys on bench: 3x15

Dips to exhaust 3 sets.

Hammer strength flat: 4x10 last set drop.

First thing my buddy asked me was when I hopped on haha. Good confidence boost. My delts look juicey he said
