1st cycle. Test P and HGH

I started this cycle previously in the wrong section and now that I have been properly informed, I am moving it here to continue it in the proper place. I am 45 and weighed in at 178 at about 14% BF the day before I started my cycle. I hope to put on 10 or so lean pounds and drop 3-4 % BF.
Here's a quick recap of my cycle so far... I started the HGH two weeks ago while waiting for my PCT. I began at 2 IU's in two pins, first thing in the morning and right before bed ED. I have since combined all 4 IU's to a sinle pin right before bed ED. I have heard a ton of conflicting info on dose timing of HGH. "all in the morning", "post work out", "pre workout", "all before bed", "split up the doses". I am doing the HGH all at once to eliminate an injection and when I run the 1st kit dry, I will run the second kit with all pins in the morning. If there is a signifigant difference, I should notice then
PCT showed up last Friday so Monday I added in the Test P. I pinned my R glute with 150mg with a 22G x 1.5" needle at 7:30 P.M. (this wound up being PWO) This is the hour of the day that will be most consistent with my schedule. I also pinned 250 IU of HCG and took .25mg of Arimidex. The pain from the actual injection wasn't bad at all. I thought it was all going to be a breeze but I was pretty sore the following days. Especiallly on Wed.
Wednesday I pinned my L glute with the same dose of Prop and took the same .25 of Adex. (I will be doing both the Test and Adex at these doses EOD for the entire 12 week cycle). This injection also went well and I wasn't as sore in the days following. Improved injecting technique?
Thursday I took my 2ng dose of HCG. Standard ab pinch Sub Q. I wish they were all so easy. I will be doing my HCG @ 250 IU's on Mondays and Thursdays throughout the cycle. Thursday was also my 1st workout while on cycle and I was down about 20% with my strength and I was very lethargic. Has anyone else experienced this and is it uncommon?
Today I pinned my R delt with the test. for this site I used a 25G x 1" needle. The pin went well but man does it take a shit ton of pressure to squeeze the oil through that thin needle!! That was 8 hours ago and the delt is not too sore but I'll see what the pain is like tomorrow. I also took the Adex and I've been doing the HGH at 4 IU before bed every night.
Today was my second workout since "on" and strength was back to normal. I had a tremendous pump and was sweating more than usual. Today is the 1st day I am certain I feel something. I pinned the delt several hours after working out and I definently felt "buzzed" after. Not dopey but amped up a bit without being anxious or fidgety.
I will continue to update my log 3-4 times a week. If I left any pertinant info out please let me know and I will include it. If anyone has had similar or strikingly different experiences please chime in. If I'm making any glaring mistakes, please let me know.I welcome any comments, questions and advice.

So yesterday was my 4th test injection to close out week 1. This one was L delt and the 1st one that was self administered. I shit the bed on this one. With my face so close to the syringe, I thought I had emptied it ( I wear glasses and point blank like that I was sure I got it all) but wound up leaving 20-30mg in the barrel. I had to re bury the fucker and finish off the dose. Needless to say, this caused my 2nd delt shot to be quite a bit more painfull than the 1st. I could barely sleep on it last night. I will never withdraw prematurely again. Live and learn I guess. I also took the Adex at .25mg with the test shot and pinned 4IU HGH before bed.
Yesterdays workout was very good. I had an amazing pump after like rep 2 of warmup set 1! Instant and potent. Ive been focusing more on feeling the muscle rather than moving the weight (I primarily power lift so this is atypical) and I have been smashing my self with realatively light weight. Im also slowing the eccentric portion way down to increase TUT and increasing reps with the reduction in weights used. It gets me sweating like a whore in church!
Diet has been clean and if anything, I'm not eating enough. I am starting at about 3100 kcal per day (@178 lb) with 2 g protien per pound. On WO days, I split the remaining kcals 60/40 carb to fat and reverse that ratio on Non WO days. I will reasses ofter week 2 and ratchet kcal up 200/day if need be. I figure in 3-4 weeks I'll find the "sweet spot" for calories and ride it home to the end.
Later today I will pin 250 IU of GCG and 4 IU of HGH before bed. Tomorrow I have my 1st squat session since starting the cycle and I cant wait to see what that is like. I also have my 1st returning pin in a non virgin site. This will be my 2nd pin in the R glute. I will report back in a day or two with the outcome of both.
 
I'm now nearly (12 days) 2 weeks into my cycle. I'm up almost 10 lbs with some obvious water weight. Ive pinned both glutes a second time with similar results. The R side is/was more sore from the injection than the L side, just like last time. Nothing out of the ordinary. Im not leaning up at all in spite of a clean diet but I know I need to be a bit more patient. Strength is up a bit (again, hard to quantify since I do not usually work in these rep ranges) but not off the chart. The pumps however are insane and very consistent. I will continue to chase it.
