I don't subscribe to the genetically gifted are ifbb pros. Back in the day I think it was more of a factor when roids weren't as well developed and only test and maybe some deca were used, but in today's world I think genetics play a very small role.
Here is why, today professionals use tren and other heavy gear, not to mention many now will inject synthol and other variables to polish up the muscles. One perfect example Boston Lloyd, once that dude stops taking all the just he is on.... watch him deflate so fast.
Does genetics play a role? Sure it can but without the dedication it won't do anything, a person who is not as genetically inclined can still become massive with enough dedication and focus.
What would be interesting to me is to test the myostatin levels of some of the top pros and see if that is what really sets them apart, and perhaps this is really the "genetic" difference
