Went a little crazy at night. Felt completely drained at the gym today. Almost no gas in the tank also deflated in the mirror. Can see slight lines in my abs. Very hot right now.

I decided to discontinue the run as of today. Last night I experienced what I believe to be nerve involvement in my feet. There was a burning sensation and itching that resolved through the night. I've read of people developing peripheral neuropathy from dnp so I'm not going to risk that for a few extra pounds. I'll post pics in the next week or so.
 
The pics are ~10 days apart. It wasn't as successful as I would have liked it to of been. It was hard to get through the holidays without cheating on the diet and the nerve involvement at the end had me cut it shorter than I would have liked to. I probably won't run DNP again because of the side effects. It was a burning/itching sensation that began in my fingers during the day, then spread to my feet at night. How many days after you finished dnp is the pic?

I bloated a bit on my dnp run.
