2 Week DNP Cycle Log

Started at 500 a day today. I know people say not to start at the regular dose, but I have time restrictions and this aint my first rodeo. I have done several DNP cycles, usually keeping an okay diet but not a great diet and not really working out too much. This cycle I will be at 500mg every day for 2 weeks. High protein, moderate carb, high fiber, lots of water, V8 Splash, green veggies. And of course the usual supplements and vitamins.

Looking to be at 15-1800 calories a day. I know it seems low, but I am also pretty short (5'6) and have 25+% bf. I ran this low the last cycle I did for 6 days before I got sick and lost 5lbs, no strength or muscle loss either so I think I will be fine.

Looking to be below 190 by the end of this cycle, though I know its gonna be pretty tough. Either way, Ive been losing 2+lbs a week for months, hopefully this makes a decent difference in my appearance.
 
BTW what does everything my BF is right here? Right now I am benching ~280, deadlifting 415, squating ~350 (just got back into squatting). I have heard things as high as 30%, but I feel like I am a little more lean than that....or less fat if you will
 
the picture comes up small on my phone, but 25 - 30% sounds about right. if i were you id wait until you get down to 20% especially if you are continuously losing 2+ lbs a week easily.

Its more of a time issue, I would much rather do it at a lower BF, but this will help me lose the mose the quickest for now.

First day didnt really feel much, hit the gym hard lifting, did a bit of LISS cardio for a cool down.

Second day I felt more heat and was sweating more, by day 3 I was in full sweating mode when I do anything. Hit the gym both days, but I def had to tone down the weight it was getting way to heavy (like usual on a DNP cycle lol)

Its day 4 right now and I am sweating pretty good. I am pretty squishy all over my stomach which is a good thing because it means I am losing from my gut and love handles which is amazing.

Ate before bed last night, did not make it a pleasant night sleep, but I was hungry and needed to get my calories in for the day.
 
Day 5 was okay, sweating ALOT at this point. Alot more hungry than usual, which that isnt bad because I have this thing called self control, took me years to get lol.

Gonna weigh in again next Wednesday, today was 194, so about a 5 lb drop, and I am carrying a decent amount of water.

Everything is good, but sometimes I get dizzy when I stand up too fast. Need to up the water a bit, still drinking alot, but I need more. Anyone got an answer to the Mirolax question?
 
I have just heard to stay completely away from diuretics.


Day 7
Reallllly starting to feel the grind now. Seems like at about 6-7 days I usually fall off. I continue to lift heavy as I can, but I have started failing at heavier weights which I am cool with, it will get back soon. Still staying at 1800-2000 calories a day, which I know people say is low, but I am having no problems with being hungry aor anything. As far as hydration, I weigh myself before I go into the gym and then afterwards, I always shoot to be a lb heavier than went I went in at the end so I know I am drinking enough water. Stomach is VERY VERY soft, along with my hips and fatty tits. Thats a good sign because i was really hoping to drop some major inches off those areas.

Tried 750 a day for a few days and it was just too intense and my workouts sucked nuts so I said fuk that and dropped back to 500, it feels like a huge difference and my production for the day is way better lol

Sleeping is a bitch, but if I smoke I just wake up with a dry mouth and a soaked bed but I feel well rested instead of feeling like I havent slept, which is super super nice and making this cycle much more bearable than the last.

Decided to stop after today to prevent a very uncomfortable week in class where I have to catch up on some missed assignments. I plan on on another 7-8 day cycle in about a month. I am going to continue to lose without it until then and hopefully by the time I do it again it will be just as effective as this cycle was. Will update with weigh ins and picture in a few days to let the water get out. Sorry for those of you who wanted to see a 2 week cycle but this is a better option.
 
Well I stopped Saturday evening and gave myself a few days to get back to normal and get some bloating out and I am really liking what I am seeing. Weigh in was 189lbs, a 5lb drop from the week before. I believe I was only on cycle for 8 days all together, so it was pretty successful.

I know I promised pics, but just give me a another day I'm tired as shit and going to bed.


BTW, Monday I hit a 20lb PR on deadlifts. 435lbs at 189 isnt too bad, but 500 at 155 will be better
