200mg of TC/wk, 1900 test

Hey guys. I’m pinning 57.5mg TC every other day, which roughly equals 200mg per week. I pinned last week: Tues, Thurs, and Sat. I got my blood drawn on Wed. Total test is 1924ng/dL and free is 573.1pg/mL. E2 hasn’t come back yet.

This seems really high for only 200mg/week. Also running primo at 100mg/week, pinned only 2x/week.

Not a problem, just surprised. TC was from a 3 letter source so I assume if anything it would be underdosed.

Doubtful. Most of their products are overdosed. You may be a hyper responder. Congrats.

Did you just begin your cycle? You may have some natural production still spun up adding to your total. Either way, not dramatically out of line for 200/week, which lands most in the mid-1000s.

140mg weekly puts me at 1400 and 40 free on Labcorp. Sharing because your results seem very plausible and realistic. If you can make progress on 200mg, run it until you can't.

Started 3 weeks ago. No front load and no other drugs other than the Primo and Dutasteride .5mg/day.

Yeah, no. Other anabolics do not show up as TT. Only testosterone shows up as testosterone

Just over 900 trough at 100mg on pharma trt,
I thought it was pretty normal

Seems right around what you'd kind of expect.

I started TRT at 160mg/wk of pharma CSO and bloods done 4 days after my last pin 2 months into it (subq then FWIW) and my total T was 1557, with free being 310. I was also using 500iu HCG 2x week at the same pin intervals.

I, for some dumb reason, keep a spreadsheet of all my injections/oral use/etc, so it's easy to check the pin date vs the draw date for my bloods.

Not surprising. Esther’s aren’t a perfect curve. They spike. Even short Esther’s. I proved this to myself 36 hours after inject of 150mg cyp pharmacy from Walmartand hit 1600.

Labcorp and Quest have different reporting for free test. 40 is 150% reference range. That's plenty good for trt and technically not trt because I am out side of reference ranges for both total and free.

For reference I’m on EQ with test and my level of total test 2 weeks ago was 5700 ng/dl. Estrogen was 62. On Deca and Ancillary Tren as well.

Kind of similar to you if not even higher. Bearing in mind I know the lab and assay differences can really make a difference:

On 150mg test cyp per week EOD and taken at trough I was at (UK labs and not direct):

Total T 69.2 nmol/L → 1993 ng/dL,
Free T 1.596 nmol/L ≈ 46.0 ng/dL
Oestradiol 199pmol/L ≈ 54.1 pg/mL

On 300mg test c and 150mg primo/week EOD and at trough:

Total T 69.6 nmol/L ≈ 2004 ng/dL
Free T 2.401 nmol/L ≈ 69.1 ng/dL ≈ 691 pg/mL
Oestradiol 198 pmol/L ≈ 54 pg/mL
