Afternoon all. I have decided to take temporary break from all sales until 11/13 - this is one week from today. As usual, all pending and confirmed orders will be processed, but no new orders will be accepted. There are several reasons I have made this decision.

1. Several secure email providers have been attacked with DDOS lately, including Protonmail, Safe-mail, Runbox and more recently Countermail. Anyone emailing my countermail, it may not go through as I can log in but cannot send outgoing mail, most likely the servers have been affected. If you have emailed my countermail within the last 24 hours, I will most likely not be able to get back to you until the servers are up. Just as a clarification and to ease concerns, it does not appear that Countermail servers have been hacked, rather it seems like Countermail and other secure providers have been experiencing DDOS attacks. It is unknown who are the culprits behind it.

2. Bitcoin has been unusually volatile for almost a week now. This affects us because the prices have ranged from $300/BTC to $500/BTC. Usually a range of $50 is not a problem, but recently the prices have not stabilized since China's announcement to "allow" BTC openly. The price of BTC will stabilize, but right now it is too volatile. It has already began to stabilize as the range has lowered to about $100 but it will still take a week or two before it completely stabilizes to what we are comfortable with.

3. Obligations from this past week will continue on next week. I took the past two days off so I could be caught up on emails, but communication next week will be delayed like earlier this week. This delays T/A times as well, so I have decided to take the week off from sales. There seems to be a large amount of customer anxiety if T/A is delayed by even a day or two.

Have you tried using the secondary ticket market, closer to the day of the game? If you are flexible and do not have to plan it well in advance, you should be able to find something out there. Unless you are referring to last year's playoff games, then yeah, those will usually go at a premium.

Not always, Nova my boy, not always. Sometimes people have tickets to tomorrow nights game, and they wake up today and find out that some emergency has come up that will prevent them from being able to go to the game. Now they just need to dump the tickets, and time is not on their side, and you'll see some pretty good opportunities for buyers.

I def get your situation, man, and it is a challenge for you, but it's out there sometimes.
