Thanks I took second my hams and quads need work but I did run his tren for the show and ran another labs mast and anavar from pharmcom which was really good as well. Those are from the show and I'm not a gear whore I pay for all my shit ha. So not looking for handouts and not affiliated with any rep or source

Dam brother looken good.... congrats on 2nd place.... question tho... mast..... what do u use it for? I've researched it quite a bit and have some on hand but just like tren can be used for cutting or bulking I assume mast can be used the same way? I'm running npp and tren now and was thinking of adding mast after I'm done with the other 2 compounds.... is that a waste or am I on the right track???
 
Well I cut from 208 to 167 for my show. I did middle weight it's up to 176. I lost too much weight we thought id come in over weight but cut too much I'm 5"10 I'm not that big trust me. This is me currently 16 days post show at 200. I'm a hard gainer id love to get to 220 by January and cut to 176 or so for my next show in May next year. Not trying to get into light heavyweight yet them dudes are swole. Maybe in a few years!

What weight do you think you look your best at ? and do you feel you would have did better if you went in bigger but not as lean/lite ? You look better now imo
 
I agree. I cut tooooo much. I feel much better bigger. I've been 220 before but it wasn't pretty lotta water dbol and Decca. There was a big show here locally this week and most people thought I was getting ready for that one. But I know my legs would of lost it for me. I think I can come in a solid 176 and look big. I lost too much size I feel much mow comfortable at 195-200. Of course I want to be a monster ha but idk if my genes will allow that

Do you have a pic at 208lbs?
How much bodyfat% did you loose to get to 167lbs?
Did you loose a lot of strength during your cut?
How long was your cut?

How many serious years have you been lifting?

At 208 I wasn't fat no. I stay pretty lean all year. You cut lots of water. Like I said my show was 16 days ago and I weighed 167 and today I'm 200 so 33 pounds back and best shape ever. Water, salt, carbs add lots of weight to your body. I've been on juice about 2 years. 9 years ago I was 126. Started lifting and got hooked. Meet my trainer 2 years ago and things took off. This was me at 208 much thicker and bulkier. At 167 I was maybe 4 percent body fat

I like it Im about three weeks into to it but so far I like it like I said the sweats at night are intense sometimes I wake up with my pillow pretty soaked but the way I have felt in the gym has been awesome strength is up so we will see how the results go.

I'm running 24k tren but I only have a few bottles and then I will be switching to pharmacom
