25, low T, Mild Gyno - Before first cycle

The best cycle you can run at your level of fitness IMO-

(16 weeks)
500mg of stop-eating-shit ED
1cc of reduced calories ED
200g protein ED
45-60 mins of strength training M-F
45 mins of steady-state cardio M,W,F

This is the exact "cycle" that I used almost 6 years ago to transform *naturally*...FYI my BF%
was around 30% and TT was around 400(so drop the excuses).

Lay a foundation, and don't even think of putting a needle anywhere near your buttocks until you can see a smidge of abdominals poking through- Respectfully

Best of luck
You had me in the first half….

I'm the same age as OP- if I could do it all over again I would have never bought that first vial of test until I was maybe 30 or so. Even though I had a pretty well rounded foundation, I know retrospectively that I could have taken it to a higher level w/o gear. So when I see posts like this it irks the shit out of me(my own issues w my own mistakes projected outwardly). OP is going to do what he wants to do, however.

Looking for opinions on my first cycle plan.

5' 10", currently 200ish, age is 25, 20-25% bodyfat atm (on the higher end of where it's been).
Gym 5x a week for most of the last 6 years, truth be told this year has been the least consistent due to some life changes (moving across the country, starting a second business), but recommitted a month back, and will remain on the 4x-5x a week moving forward again as I did previously.
Have had mild gyno since early puberty (12+ years now), played hockey growing up, was always in great shape, just couldn't get rid of gyno no matter how fit I was. Will 100% be having gyno surgery to remove it within the next two years, but want to really recomp my body to somewhere I plan on maintaining before doing so. Would ultimately like to remain 190-200 but 15ish% bf. With that, I've also had a hard time really putting on insane muscle. Have lifted heavy, done bulks and cuts (currently in a large size of that), and have always been pretty strong, just can't seem to really grow like I want to.

Met with a low T doctor 2 years ago... 320ish test levels first thing in the morning, I've never taken anything at all. Mind you I smoked weed somewhat regularly, but also lifted 5x a week and was 180ish at the time. Doctor told me I could start hrt, but he ultimately recommended against it and told me to quit weed and see how that worked first. Been two years, haven't been back, assuming the no weed has helped my levels, but haven't checked them, I'm guessing I'm 500 or lower though, will 1000% be getting them checked next week before I do a cycle. Should have done that before this post but really wanna get some opinions first.

Thinking I wanna do a beginner's cycle, super simple just Test E300 for 12 weeks and see how it works for me. Am initially thinking about doing 500mg a week, but upon research, deciding if I should do the injections once or twice a week (250 each if twice a week). Just looking for peoples opinions on the first cycle and if they would add anything in, or just make the first one as simple as possible (seem to see a lot of keep it simple recommendations). Or if people think I should cut some weight back before even starting a cycle all together. Like I said above, don't wanna loose a ton of weight, but not looking to bulk hugely either, just want to recomp before a gyno surgery in the next year or so.

Appreciate everyone's opinions / perspectives on it, will be doing a log once I start.
Your body fat percentage is probably close to 30.

You don't need high T levels to get in shape. It's just a myth. You aren't in shape bro. You know what "in shape" is. You aren't there.

In July of this year i too was more or less like this, after the 2016 stop indeed let's say that i was round, but i want to clarify that i started training in 2006, as far as nutrition is concerned, you need a good nutritionist who understands your goals. as far as training is concerned, run 8 km once a week (no treadmill) and wear shoes suitable for running on asphalt or dirt wherever you prefer. For the gym, work on 25/30 high repetitions with adequate loads, check the execution and be followed by a certified personal trainer, not a dick. And in any case i remain of the opinion that it is difficult to help people in a forum based on what they write without seeing how they train and how they eat without taking into account other factors such as age, hormonal profile, etc. PS: This point of view of mine can be seen well or badly but i want to emphasize that genetically we are not all the same and what may be good for me is not said to be good for others. And i would avoid surgery and the use of drugs for now.
PS:If you really have to lose something, take Ashwagandha and 5g of creatine monohydrate.

What does weed have to do with T levels? I get my best results when being high all the time, I manage to eat enough and at the gym I just get lost in the workout and notice I've been hitting it for one hour already. When I'm cutting I just vape more weed so I forget to eat.

My take might be bit different to the most (and also quite late). Yeah you have shit ton of fat%, the people guessing about 30% would be probably right. But if you have been honest to us and yourself about hitting the gym and the food plate in the previous years, there should be plenty of muscle under than insulating layer. So if you are going to cut with no gear and high calorie deficit, you will be deconstructing lot of your gains from previous years. Also as you lose muscle, your base energy consumption will go down so it will be even harder to get leaner. Also if you totally redo your diet and eating habits to a low level, when you want to build muscle by eating a lot might be hard if you are used to eating for cutting.

I thought your original idea of doing a recomp would be the best one. If it is your first cycle, using only T might be for the best but it is not really that strong. I might consider adding some masteron injectable or winstrol oral after seeing how your body reacts to just only T. Wouldn't be too afraid to test others while you are at it, new one after you are sure you got no bad effects from the previous one.

If you lose lot of your fat and manage a recomp, you might find your gyno decrease in size so much you won't be even thinking about surgery. At least personally I found the carry-over gyno from being a fat kid / teenager go away after some blasts with heavy AI for estrogen control. Might also have to do with building massive chest muscles, really nice manly meat tits now.
