250mcg/ED of t3?

has anyone tried this? I am curious as to where the 1mcg/lb theory came from
 
No way I would support that claim. I only use a very light dose of T3 when on HGH and when cutting while on AAS I'll use it up to 125mcg and no higher. T3 does not discriminate between fat or muscle you will lose both.

I only go up to 100mcg/day and I way 250lbs. That stacked with clen and ECA on off weeks and I'm hot 24/7. Not too mention sweating like a whore in church. There's no way I could stand 250mcg/day. 600mg of DNP a day would be more tolerable.
 
But I do agree with Raver about your thyroid not shutting down. I have used T3 for 12 weeks at a time and not had a problem other than melting away major lb's. No rebound after either as long as you keep the diet and workouts in check.
