26 year old first cycle

Hey everyone,

I am 26 been training since I was 14. I am 160 pounds shredded around 7-8% bf. (I am shorter).

My body has taken a beating from years of maintaining an extremely lean physique, intense training and diet. I can’t stop training however, I love it and it is my passion.

For this reason I want to take it to the next level. I want to learn the proper protocols now and train hard as long as I can (50+ years)

My first cycle I do not want to blast hard. I want to be intelligent and draw out my usage so I can do many, many cycles.

My cycle plan:

12 weeks:
- 300 mg test c/150 mg primo e
Pct:
- 10 days for drugs to clear
- 350 iu hcg Ed for 10 days
- after hcg nolva 40 mg for 2 weeks
- 20 mg nolva 2 weeks


Is this a good place to start?

Broke dick and super irritable. I kept chasing more drugs to fix it. Refused to back off of primo like a jack ass.

When I get off primo I got better but I won't use primo again.

Maybe 200mg if I ran 800mg of test
That sounds horrible how much test/primo were you taking?
 
I am about to start today.... I decided to take everyone's advice on here and only do test. In your opinion what dose should I start with?

3-500mg/wk seems to be the standard for first cycles. It’s a balancing act.

You want it low enough to minimize sides (learning how and what when it comes to sides can be tricky) and to give yourself room for future cycles..

You want it high enough to justify the risk you take when introducing drugs, especially when you’re gonna PCT.

First of all you have what it takes. Just as I made the post of lack of younger guys who look like they lift, you come in. Your work ethic and what you have now will only help you level up to higher highs. Admirable.

As far as dosages go, you can't go wrong with 250-500mg/week. As you imagine what you did before cycle will only help you once you're on. Steroids are the third piece of the pyramid, the first two you already built and mastered - diet and training. So use this as a tool to propel yourself in to the next level.

Never assume or let the greed take over, more is not better. Moderate blasts are the way to go. You have more than enough time. First cycle is the best more often than not. You're going to get great results from less. Save it for another cycle. There is always a room for more in time. Right now is your time.

I believe in you. Do a log if you wish to, it will be interesting journey to follow. Good luck to you.

I would also advise you to take 500mg / week.
This will give you very good results.

I will start with 350 mg.

Thank you lukiss I appreciate it more than you know. Not many people understand how much work and energy goes into it, so it feels good to get a compliment like that. I like to hide my passion for training from others in my life, it takes away from the lure of suffering by yourself. Posting anonymously on here is a huge relief to me. I may take you up on your advice and start a log.

Both pinned twice a week. (125mg test and 250hcg per dose)

After 6 weeks get blood work done to see where that puts you at. Who knows maybe you will super responsive to test and that will be all you need to get to the next level.

Also there is a big possibility you wont come off and will just stay cruising at 250 for some time;)

Some extra tips that work for me that may be helpful to you...
1)Use 29g 1/2 insulin needles

2)Warm up testosterone in warm water before pulling.

3)Use both hands to inject, one to hold syringe from moving other to inject.(I use glutes) I feel like this helps with post injection pain as it prevent needle from moving inside the muscle.

4)Test wont make you grow without extra calories, so don't be afraid to gain some fat.

Thanks for the advice. I actually just did my first pin 175 mg of test c 0.7 ml (gonna do 350mg per week). My hand was shaking like crazy I absolutely tore up my ass lol the two hand idea is a really good idea. Also I used 27 g 1 inch in my glute, I bet I could get away with a slin pin like you recommended as my oil is mct

Not sure if you warmed up your oil before but it makes a big difference.
Get yourself BH Supplies Insulin Syringes U-100 29G 1ml/cc 1/2" (12.7mm) shipped to door from amazon. (that's what I use) 1/2 is enough no need for 1in needles.
 
Did you get baseline blood work before pinning? That is pretty important. 300 - 400 mg test and HCG is a good starting point. Go for 16 - 20 weeks. Hcg on cycle will likely make PCT much easier. At 8 - 10 weeks get blood work to see where you're at and how your body is responding. Also, be patient. Many people on their first cycle think they should have made way more progress than they have by week four or so and are tempted to start upping the dose or adding other compounds. Do you have AI on hand? If you don't, I would get one from a domestic source immediately. You want to have that around in case you need it.

Your physique is already pretty stellar man. If you do the 350 mg like you stated on top of your obvious, good discipline, good diet, and good training regimen you already have you are about to get some insane results. I'm definitely following this one and good luck with your goals!
 
I echo everyone saying test only. Start low and taper up until you get side effects then reduce the dose. Keep an eye on bp and bloodwork, you’ll be fine.

You look fucking sick bro, incredible starting point to EAT (seriously. Eat. like a lot. you won’t get fat) You're in a great spot to lean bulk for 1-2 years before needing to reset
 
One important argument for Testosterone solo for your first time is for you to see how you feel on it alone and in case you get side effects you will better understand why and act quickly to prevent them. It will serve as a base in your future blasts, so you will know exactly how sensitive or not you are. From there on you will know how much T to use next time and how to adjust your protocol when you introduce another anabolic.

I suggest to not follow my example as years ago my first blast was Testosterone and dbol. I got crazy estrogen spikes, blood pressure issues, acne, excessive water retention, no sex drive and in general feeling off mid cycle. I also got bunk anastrozole, which I thought was legit. Luckily where I live, I was able to get it from pharmacy, but time was unnecessary wasted and I felt like shit for a week.

I still managed to get great results, but it could have been a lot smoother ride.
