yeah I'm 19, i understand I'm fusing my growth plates, fucking up my endocrine system etc..

6'0
starting weight: 175ish at 5-6%bf
Goal weight: anything above 200lbs at under 10% bf

diet: chicken, eggs, milk, shakes, ground beef, yogurt, greens, nothing super sugary
macros: 300g protein a day, not really paying attention to fat or carbs

will post pics and training later
 
Son all you need to achieve your goal of 200 pounds and 10% body fat is food. With proper nutrition and the right workout regimen your goal is very easily obtainable with out AAS.
I'm not saying you're too young that is already been said. What I'm telling you is the facts. All you need to do is put in the time and effort and you will be able to achieve your goal with ease.
 
Your way to young and this isn't even your first cycle? That's fucking crazy. How long have you been training? And tren for second cycle? I've done more cycles then you,am a hell of alot older then you and I haven't done tren yet because I'm not ready. Not enough aas experience plus I've had great results withoit it.
 
If at 19yrs old and a 175lbs you can't produce gains fast enough to where you think you need gear to reach your goals then you really need to grow a pair and learn how to properly train and eat. A kid your age and weight should be able to just look at a barbell and think about a steak and grow, don't be such a pussy.
 
Should be an easy comvo to have w a doc that you need trt at 20 cause u did multiple cycles before finishing puberyy
 
I agree with all of you. And its not laziness it's impatience, I've been up to 195 before at low bf. I'd like to be there again. I've been lifting for 7 years so I know nutrition/training. And for why I'm doing it? These next couple years are the most precious years so why not spend it bigger than everyone else my age? call me a dumb ass, call me lazy, whatever, I'm doing it so stick around for the ride and watch me turn into a house

Sorry to break this to you kid, but you haven't been lifting for 7 years if you're 19. You honestly think lifting a dumbbell or two when you were 12-14 counts for anything? Also being bigger than the typical 20-22yr old isn't that hard and defiantly doesn't need gear to be achieved, you need to pull your head out of your ass and stop trying to justify your stupidity and immaturity.

Started lifting Dumbbells When I was 10, had a bench by 12, been going to the gym 5 days out of 7 since I was 13. And yeah I'm way bigger than the average 22 year old. I'm one of the biggest dudes at my gym and I was naturally too. This is why I didn't want to log my cycle. I knew is catch so much shit. Like I did when I logged my first cycle. But I'm doing it so any advice is appreciated. I'll upload pics, full diet and my training in the morning

Honestly, you come off as a delusional teenager. You must workout at a middle schools gym if at 175lbs you're one of the bigger guys first off. Secondly when people speak of training experience they go off years where they aren't still being breastfed. You're getting shit and rightfully so, realize that when so many people are saying the same thing that there's probably some truth to it.

truth to what? The guy who said I can be 200 shredded natural in 2 months just by lifting heavy and eating? The guy who said I'm gonna need trt next year? Or the guy who told me to get off my ass and train hard even though I haven't even posted my training program yet?

What's so special about tren? Like why aren't you "ready" for it? And I've been training consistently for 5-6 years

Dude what don't you get about you being 19 175lbs and not needing gear right now? Hell what are you going to do come in your mid/late twenties if you've already had to resort to gear so young? You're really setting yourself up for a low potential ceiling and sub par long term results by being so lazy and impatient.

If youre going to quote me, include the entire comment. You conveniently left out the part about me suggesting you also eat because youre "not really paying attention to fat or carbs". Or perhaps you left that out because....youre lazy? A lazy mind is no different than a lazy body.

You already admit that youre aware this is a horrible idea, otherwise you wouldn't be so apprehensive about sharing your cycle/log. And the potential permanent irreversible side effects could cause more issues down the road when you least expect. Dont think your out of the bushes simply because youre able to complete a cycle. That's the just the beginning of your potential nightmare. When you come crawling back in here complaining about ED, acne, and a hundred other potential complications, youre going to wish you had listened. Youre not the first 19 y/o and you wont be the last. But..you CAN be the one who makes the right choice.

I'm at 240 6'1 but I am around 18% probably even more.
Edit: I've blown up in weight quite a bit the last couple of months was 205 about 5 months ago now close to 235-240. Have yet to touch aas.
But yeah.... sound pretty damn useless
To cycle at 19. But fuck it your not me and you have your own mind so stop seeking approval from random strangers and do what ever the fuck you want.
 
There's usually no talking sense into these kids anyhow, pretty much wherever they go they will be told how dumb they are on this matter but their minds are already made up, they need to have it now.

Not seeking approval, I actually came here so I can run the safeest possible cycle and have you guys give me all the advice you can. Because I'm definitely not the only guy my age using aas. But most of them don't know what they're doing to their body at all
