2nd cycle 19 years old

im an ectomorph by genetics, my dad weighs like 140. I just have a tiny ass frame and a 28" waist. I was always one the most muscular dudes on my football teams and I've placed in teen bodybuilding comps, so I'm pretty sure I'm not that small? how big were you at 19 at what height/weight/bf?
I was 6' 1" 215 give or take with about 8% BF but I mainly trained for strength and had only been seriously lifting for 3 years.
 
wtf? why does it matter if i count my fats and carbs? i keep track of my proteins because thats whats building my muscles, I'm not cutting my fats or carbs so if i were to count them id probably be over anyways. I just feel like i run my carbs and fats how i feel for the day and if my bf starts going too high ill cut it down for a few days?
Building muscle is not solely reliant on protein intake. You need to do a lot of reading.

Finally some good legitimate advice. I think I'm actually gonna read into eq and mast some more and if its what I'm interested in ill drop the tren. I just always figured your body doesn't build up a tolerance to certain things, like tren for example so why not try it young. Im going to read into mast and eq more, i already know a lot about mast, but not eq.

Man i deff think you should wait to use tren and im not even saying that becae i dont think u r ready for it im sayin it because imo with aas u should get as much out of as little as possible and work your way up to higher doses and stronger compunds in order to break past plateaus... For instance if someone was to start off their first cyle at 1000 mg then where do they go from there when their body gets use to the dose??? Certainly not down... Right now on your 2nd cycle u can get awesome gains with just test so with test and eq u will get awesome gains... And slowly but surely every cycle u can add another compund and up doses as your body is not reacting as well and u plateau... The more cycles u do the less gains u will get in a way.. Your first cycles are always the best... So really there is no need for tren right now u can gain tge same with juat test and eq and use tren later when gains are not coming as easy... If use it now when u can gain the same without it u wont have that to introduce to your body as a new compund its unfarmillar with to break past plateaus.. So when i say build up to it its not cause u r not ready ita simply to build your way up to higer doses and stronger conpounds and getnthe most u can out as little as possible in order to get the most out of future cyckes.. I don't post pics of myself on here but I had s mentor that understood proper nutrition and training and I followed his protocol to a T.

Man dude eq is awesome is give very hard vascular gains without the bloat like deca... Man if u did test at 500 mg and eq at like 500-600 for 12 weeks it would do wonders
 
I like to run my test lower than other compunds to keep bloat and water down.. I usually run my test at 500 mg throughout cycle and start eq at 600 and work my way up to 800-900 throughout cycle.. But i have ran eq alot for someone who hant eq at 500 will do great

@Noah_Brah your views on diet are completly off. The fact that you think muscle growth is based soley on protein is insane.

Like I said before, Ur diet is all over the place. Cutting one day and bulking the next depending on how U feel is horrible bro science. Your Gains will be mediocre at best if U stick to that ideology of not understanding how different macros effect Ur hormones, muscle repair, brain function ect.

When you take in carbs your body reacts by releasing insulin. Insulin is the most anabolic hormone you can come across. Which is why people shoot it throughout the day (can be dangerous and lead to death. I am not recommending it). Someone else will have to break down the science of it but essentially having raised insulin levels helps shuttle the nutrients you mentioned (proteins, aminos and fats) into the muscle. Obviously you don't want to shuttle fats which is why some people stay away from fatty foods Post work out and when consuming simple carbs.

Some people manipulate carbs and insulin levels by consuming simple sugars like dextrose post workout w their protein shake to spike insulin.

Fats are for your overall health. They help regulate brain function. Which is obv most important for life. If your on a super low fat diet for to long your brain may not be working at full capacity. Your brain is what signals everything in Ur body what to do. So if your breaking down muscle tissue and Ur brain isn't firing at 100% how do U expect to recover quickly.

Also fats help w immune system, hormone function, hair and nail growth, joints, basically everything. Good way to crush your hormone production is be on a long term low fat diet and go into pct. you're body will hate U.

Maybe no a safe way but if hes alreay started cycle like he saud yes then we can help him do it te safest way possible.. Your a moron dude i am actualy the one helpin him the most... If he has already started the cycle and is dead set on finishing it then if u really wanna help u can at least tell him the safest way possible and explain how important a good pct is... Simply yelli at him telling him stop is all fine and dandy but if he doesnt listen and thats all u have done then u have done nothing.. So at leaste im tyrying to tell him the best way to do..

For instance if he ran test with tren at 800 mg and dbol at 59 mg a day for 12 weeks with no pct thats obviously worst than running a test and eq only with correct pct ass.. Lol so obviously there is a way to do it a safe as possible givin the circumstances.. Lol u r a moron..
 
Example... 19 ye old kid comes un wanting to run a cycle but beed advice on how... Hes made it clear hea going to do it regardless of what u say.. All u do is bash him and tell him hes a dumbass and not to do it and u refuse to give advice.. So he goes on to do what he sees others do.. Test at 750mg tren at 500mg with a dbol kicker and does not know about pct so e doesnt run one and totally fucks his self up.. Now another kid comes in and says the same thing and u say the same thing except this tine im there and i tell him its not a good idea but if he must and is dead set on it he should do a test only and tell him a proper pct to run and he goes and does his cycle and does not fuck his self near as much... Who helped the most.. Right u get thw point... Im done
