2nd cycle advice (BULKING)

Good afternoon everyone, I am going to star my 2nd cycle this coming weekend and its going to look a little something like this.
Test E 375 MG a week for weeks (1-13)
DECA 300 MD a week for weeks (2-11
dbol 35 MG a day for week (2-5)
Aromasin 12.5 every day from weeks 1-15 ( dosage might change depending on bloodwork that will be taken in week 6)
going to get some caber by the end of this week and will run it .5 mg Every 3rd day. weeks (2-11)

PCT, the usual NOLA/ClOMID clomid being at 50/50/25/25 nolva being at 40/40/20/20


this is my second cycle first cycle being 500 MG of test E for 10 weeks. I am 21 5'9 been lifting for 5 years now and am approximately 160-165 with my BF being at around 14.

Why not to make trt 500mg a week
Dbol 40mg - 4 weeks

Also whats ur calorie intake-macros?
You eating well, 165lbs with 14 bf is quite small weight for 5.9 with 5 years of training.
How much weight u gained from ur previous cycle and how much you kept?
 
Throw in some HCG. It will help recover faster. You really don't need to take Caber if you keep your E2 under control. It's good to have on hand incase you need it.
 
Don't run decanoate esters for only 11 weeks. A complete waste of time and AAS.

As it's your second cycle, you can still make great gains on test alone. Try a higher dose (750mg/week) for a more extended length (~16 weeks), increasing calories as you progress to keep the scales moving (based on your stats, it seems you don't know how to eat).

Anadrol over Dbol too.

You eating well, 165lbs with 14 bf is quite small weight for 5.9 with 5 years of training.
How much weight u gained from ur previous cycle and how much you kept?

I could run it for 500 MG a week, but I want to make the most gains off the least amount of gear as possible, then when my body responds to it lighter i will up the dose. My macro intake will be 220 P/220 C/60 F i want my bulk to be as clean as possible. No dirty bulking. the test alone did my body wonders. It actually sculpted my muscle and added more muscle maturity, i went up from 155 to about 165(i retained ALOT of water due to my estro being high), then dropped down to 160 after PCT and im currently sitting at 165.

it will be ran for 10 weeks actually, what would you recommend then ? I don't have that much test on hand, and i already have the deca a dbol so a little late to change my mind on that part. And yeah your probably right haha, always room for improvement tho!

If you're really insistent on running Deca (I wouldn't at 14% BF - you'll look like shit), please do some work investigating its half life/give strong consideration to running it longer than 10 weeks.

I'm actually in the process of cutting down weight this week. I want to get it down to 12-13% and so far so good, ill definitely be looking into it more ive been searching around the web for months on this particular cycle, but everyones experience and recommendations differs. you never know how your going to react or what a certain drug is going to do to your body until you actually run it.

Haha, yeah. When I said cleanest gains i wasn't kidding. But by all means please, critique.

No-one ever listens or believes me when I talk about low dosages. I'm twice the size of anyone in my gym and the ones who juice won't listen when I tell them to low dose, excellent training and nutrition.

My current cycle is 250mg test, 100mg Deca.

Stay low dose, keep everything clean, lift heavy as you can.
 
Your stats, and your proposed on-cycle intake, suggest you are severely undereating. I'd not be surprised if you lost weight on your 'bulk'. If you're so concerned about gaining body fat, lose it pre-cycle.

And again, 10 weeks is not long enough to run Deca.

Thank you! last thing I want to be doing is having to run a Gram of test a week. and waow yeah, talk about low dose, but if it works why change it right ;)

What would you suggest my diet consist of? again I want to keep the gains as clean as possible.... how long should deca be ran ?
 
Due to its half life, Deca should be run a minimum of 14 weeks. Many users report it doesn't truly start to shine until the 12-week mark, so often run even longer cycles (~20 weeks). At 10 weeks you'll gain a lot of water weight and not much else.

I can't make diet recommendations without knowing your TDEE, but I sincerely doubt 2300 calories is a surplus - especially with AAS affecting your metabolism.

well I could cut the dose and run it longer. That is really my only option as of now or i could wait 3-4 weeks for a new order to come in and postpone the cycle.I have plenty of test. more than enough to run it for 16weeks. But i really don't wish to run gear for THAT long. well not right now that is after my tren cycle that i have planned in may ill consider it. Ill look more into it though and possibly drop the deca.
 
You're already at the lower end of the dosage scale. Dropping further might give some on-cycle joint support, but that seems wasteful.

Better to delay the cycle, get your body fat in check, work out how much you need to be eating, and then run it properly.

In regards to deca for a cycle, I personally think Deca is great if your never coming off, but can be used in a cycle. I notice it in about 6 weeks, so not sure I'd bother unless your cycle is 20 weeks plus.

You could do NPP, dbol or another oral, depending on your estrogen response. Winstrol is good for clean bulks, I'd go injectable though rather than oral.

It's less about pretending we're all single digit bodyfat, and more the guy's obvious fear of getting too fluffy (2300 calories on a 'bulk', etc.). If he's uncomfortable with that then lose the fat pre-cycle.
