Okay I’ll start by saying I’ve done one 16 week cycle previously I’ve been off since November 27th of 2017. My goals then were lose fat and cut which my first cycle was when I was in So Cal and was doing hand to hand exhange with my guy who was an IFBB pro. Used test e at 500mg a week for 4 weeks than switched to test P the rest of the cycle at 300mg a week 3 pins a week I also had experimented with Var for only two weeks, clen for two weeks I think, mast p for 4 weeks or so also at 300mgs a week with the test p, and last but not least the worst thing I ever used but I felt results but unfortunately had to stop after two weeks of pinning this shit Winny Depot I forget the dosages of most of what I listed because I didn’t have a set up cycle and wasn’t prepared but hey I learned a lot from it and got some experience but I also was gaining more strength than ever and my mass was crazy I was leaner than ever! I ate right carb cycles and did cardio 4 times a week.
So now I’m preparing to cycle again after I’ve been off for awhile now I have an amazing job I enjoy doing have the money and am in a good place in my life to start back up the right way! With goals in mind and would like your opinions and advice on dosages I’m not going crazy with it so don’t throw out crazy numbers I think low doses are fine for me kind of what I listed but also I’ve lost a lot of mass and weight but add BF% not looking to bloat up but not looking to be shredded and dried out just add strength like I had before or even more! Also add mass and lose a little BF%
Stats: Im 5’5..155lbs.. 23 years old turn 24 in November.. haven’t worked out in 3 months new membership will be picking up tommorow also have basics bench and DBs in my basement. Work 6 days a week 10-12 hour days 8 hours on Saturday so lift in morning before work or after? Would like to add 20lbs of muscle get around 175 mark with 12-15%BF don’t care to be shredded to the bone.
Diet will be in check and cardio will as well as I do TM and SC after lifting for 30-45min on max incline I’ll work my way up to that as I gradually get back into it!
So please feel free to give me any advice or suggestions you guys have I’m all ears and enjoy being on this forum!!
